@Vladamireseximus In "Merry Christmas Mr. Bean" he took Teddy's eyes (it didn't show it, it was just seen) off to give him as a christmas gift putting them on him. (Either he pulled the eyes off or, the eyes came off themselves and he used buttons to use for eyes). In "Do It Yourself Mr. Bean" he stuck a paint brush handle in between Teddy's legs to paint his apartment. In "Tee Off Mr. Bean" he threw Teddy in the laundry machine and shrunk him. Last was this episode pulling Teddy's head off.

I wonder maybe if in the past that hotel used to be a school for orphans where all orphans who stayed there had some bathrooms in their rooms where other rooms didn't.  (Mr. Bean proably had a room which didn't have one). Probably the ones who didn't have bathrooms in their rooms had to share one down the hall. The reason I think this is because, I once stayed in a hotel that used to be a school for orphans where some people had to share a bathroom down the hall.
