HELPFUL TIP: when your about to detonate the 2nd C4, don't, detonate it near the LZ so when you detonate it you just run to the LZ and finish, so you don't need to face that last faze.

@GetAtMeNig you can actually do that, have you tried it? you can see the heli in level flight, jsut run to the heli(close to it) detonate by pressing down and R1 and you have to get to the chopper, get there and your done

Before seeing this guide, I couldn't even get past the first rooftop in the helicopter, but after watching this, I decided to re-attempt the mission, and after 3-4 tries, I finally done it! That's 3 stars I never thought I was going to get! Absolutely chuffed to bits with that! Thank you so much, couldn't have done that without your walkthrough! :-)
