Also what people often forget is that scales don't always show the real weight loss till the next week. She could pull a real big number next week.I have weighed and not lot weight, then 2 days later I have lost a big number. sometimes the body takes a bit longer that is why scales can be SO negative!

I think Bob and Theresa's success is directly related to their attitudes. They don't let themselves get all crazy and stressed. Stress has a direct correlation to weight. Maybe if the rest just chilled a bit they would show better #s.

Additionally, in the Aussie version many of the scenes where people break down are shot repeatedly and they keep goading and pushing the buttons of the contestants as they film it until they get what they want on film. Ironically, despite the US "Oprah culture", there's actually a lot less breaking down on the original (US) version and less built-in structured gameplay. No walk.

Thank you Ajay! Granted she didn't remind them that muscle weighs more than fat OR the body panics and holds onto it's fat...but at least she said that no matter what you eat or how hard you work...sometimes you're body cooperates with the scale and sometimes it doesn't. Plus really girls - preM, M, postM ... we really only have one good week a month anyway!

I've grown much fonder of the Yellow team. I didn't like them at the beginning. Although I hope Purple stays.

Holly and Mel don't really look as though they need to be there, whereas Amanda does. Holly and Mel aren't dangerously overweight, and could quite easily change their lifestyle at home and manage to do it on their own.

There's no one that I particularly want to go home other than Nathan and Andrew!

Why do they make Amanda sing? She just had a devastating result, and needed to shed a few tears and pick herself back up. I found it weird that A.J said everyone needed their spirits lifted, the only person who truly needed their spirits lifted was Amanda, and they force her to sing? I think that Amanda needs more help than can be provided on the Biggest loser. She has many DEEP psychological problems. The yellow team may seem annoying but remember that they are really young and of course they are going to act it. But they are learning just like Fiona from the first season! :D

When I was editing this episode before I had watched it, I saw a flash of Amanda's weight loss screen and thought she had GAINED 7lbs...must get my eyes tested lol.

I hope that Amanda and Stewart go home, I don't dislike them but I am also not as in love with Amanda as every one else seems to be -- she's a bit of a drama queen for me.

Plus I have grown rather fond of Mel and Holly.

I have no idea who they will choose though, Purple is the bigger threat but they all love them!
