To the best of my knowledge there were no Sons of Silence there, nor were there any Outlaws. There was an Outlaw support group but they had a booth as a motorcycle shop, the New Attitudes that I personally invited and they got along with everyone that was there namely the Hell's Angels MC and El Forestaros MC. I do not believe I understand your point, there were no crimes committed here to the best of my knowledge
People will believe whatever it is they want to believe but most people know that I would not set something up for the cops and when the full story comes out at some point in time, I think it will be quite evident that I took extraordinary steps to make this happen for the whole biking community
That is not what I meant. The video we shot at the swap meet is to be used in next years The Biking Life DVD and it shows people of all ages, ethnic backgrounds peacefully enjoying a great motorcycle event. What I intended to say and, I guess, did a terrible job is that the police and other officials were way over the top on this one.
BikingLife, So you told the media that there was sufficient evidence of perceived violence such that thepolice may need to have snipers on the opposite roof to take care of this violence? And you are the sponsors of this meet? Are you sure you didn't set this up for the police?
I'm disgusted that the police thought they had to waste resources like snipers on a swap meet. This area has many MC's, and no violence or activity that would merit such a "proactive" reaction from law enforcement. This essentially says "Motorcyclists can be trusted" and that is offensive to all of us on two wheels.

Good thing no one got "out of hand".It Looks like an automatic weapon on a tripod. That kind of setup could do a lot of damage, in very short order.

I emailed the TV station telling them we had video of the activities going on inside that warranted this level of law enforcement.
