dm325 what are you talking about? a2s are only used in boot camp in the fleet we only use m16a4s and m4s and theres more than enough 203s to go around, its usually saws that we dont have alot of. atleast for my unit thats how it is it might be different between units but thats majority of what i see
first of all, it's an ACOG, second of all, marines use m16a2 or a4, and we don't get m203's usually. and yeah, a lot of people join because they wanna be badasses and shoot shit.

BRC. Basic recon course. You don't have to have those pins to be a Recon Marine. There are a lot of Marines who to go US Army Ranger school and earn their wings. But most likely I think he was a Recon Marine because earned the SCUBA badge. It's the silver one on top his wings.

dm325 what are you talking about? a2s are only used in boot camp in the fleet we only use m16a4s and m4s and theres more than enough 203s to go around, its usually saws that we dont have alot of. atleast for my unit thats how it is it might be different between units but thats majority of what i see

@WLordnDRanch12 i joined the Marine Corps in 1980 served in multiple combat tours from Panama, desert storm, Iraq and afganistan. and have two Combat action ribbons, I have no regrets if I had to do it again I would make the same decisions. No regrets. When I was in school i was facinated by History and I wanted to be a part of History. Can you say you seen the ruines of Babylon? I traveled to twenty countries. I been in every climate . No regrets! only video game I played back then was pong.

BRC. Basic recon course. You don't have to have those pins to be a Recon Marine. There are a lot of Marines who to go US Army Ranger school and earn their wings. But most likely I think he was a Recon Marine because earned the SCUBA badge. It's the silver one on top his wings.

What i have noticed about american soldiers is they dont really stay and fight the enemy ,, they get contact then haul ass and run and call in air strikes not sure how they would go if the enemy could also call in airstrikes on their positions. i think the real fighters are the soldiers that they face that dont have all this air power..
