Your hands are like magic on the fabric with those pins.
I made huge piles of clothes for myself and later for the boys as well but I always managed to stick myself a few times.
Worse of all was when i tried to stich without pins, I was in a hurry, then the entire needle from the machine stich my fingertip to the fabric :(
But I love those jackets!

First it was lack of a job and money to buy clothes Nan but I SO enjoyed making them.
Later on my first son Jeroen (sounds as jeroon) was a little more heavy than he was tall so i had to make custom clothes.
Second one was thinner and fairly long for a baby so it was back behind the sewing machine again.
Strangest ever was when I had them around the table in their strawler or babyseat the sewing machine's sound was suiting to them.
They often fell asleep.
I have some really weird kids
