@x3strikeZ0128 well apparently you can pitch yourself to the bottom or top of an enemy while following them into the sky, which if you time and set the skills right, allow you alot of flexability. also with all of kain's attacks you can cause the final blow to hit him straight- to the top- or to the bottom- so i believe.

normally what i do is thrust towards them, follow- do one more brave attack- then use an hp attack once they're at the top or bottom- to do more damage

@x3strikeZ0128 another interesting thing is the jump skill. it has quite a bunch of frames of invincibility, and it has a really high priority when it comes to power, so it can beat away alot of other skills/spells or at least counter them. another interesting thing it does is when you're in the middle of a jump- if you charged it close to max or to max itself- you can dodge out of the jump and thus use it to simply gain a bunch of air really really quick.

@x3strikeZ0128 also, one of his spear hp attacks, the rising dragon i believe it's called... it's one where he can do it in the air or on the ground and spins his spear before thrusting it. That one has fairly good distance for a "close" attack, also it has fairly good tracking as long as the opponent isn't dirrectly on top or below you. I managed to use them to counter the emperor's flare attacks and knock them away, as well as a few other projectiles that normally scare.

@TheHikoriOne well i tried a tactic that kain can use.he can use celestial shooter and then use it again after he follows his opponent in the sky,than time properly when he will drop use celestial shooter aagain and hit him onto the ceiling of the whole arena

@x3strikeZ0128 well yeah but that's the only one you did... all of his areal moves can do that (except cyclone) and most of his ground moves (except cyclone) he's seriously OP in that sense because if you can time it correctly- you basically are just like jecht combo wise .o.

@TheHikoriOne Yeah I was just messing around trying to figure things out, (as stated). Plus this was in the Prologus, you can't really customize your moves, I only have what was given.

@DreadKnight57 You don't even have to hold [_] in at all. You press it once, and if you have room then the attack keeps going!

@DreadKnight57 to answer your question my friend i have been playing tis game for 2 days and i can tell it is the best game ever and u cant hold square forever when using kains attacks for instance,jump can only be held down and then kain after around 4 seconds later he will automatically use jump.

@MasterofDisaster2005 Honestly I'm not sure how he did it. He hit me with an HP attack and it took me out of EX-Mode, not sure if it'll do that with all HP attacks or not.

@Vegz0rz yes,it will but it all depends if your assist partner hits his square attck on your opponent or not

@MasterofDisaster2005 U can ex break someone thats in ex mode if u use an assist on them succesfully. It tells u in prologous and in the real game.

@MasterofDisaster2005 its actuall really easy u jus need your assist partner to do that job,u cant do it yourself,that means u cannot do and ex break on anybody except your partner
