  • Italy or no Italy, please stop! Amanda's behavior after the murder, her accusation of an innocent man, all the circumstantial evidence gathered by police, read the original reports and not the TV dribble made for the American public, would have made her one of the prime suspects if the crime had been commited in the USA.

  • Top comments make me giggle. Judge Hellman: "...Then there is the political background, many wanted Amanda in prison because she was American." I know many would love to live the notion that there was no bias here but most of us know better.

  • Now she is gonna make millions writing a biography about her prison life in Italy. Maybe they will make a movie too *ing Anne Hathaway or Emily Browning.

  • if i think about it i´d do all three of the knox´ sisters, what´s your opinion bout it guys?

  • What happened here was the tabloid circus that decided whether knox and her boyfriend was guilty or not. BASED on how they reacted to the news of their roommates death. you MAKE A CASE based on EVIDENCE and MOTIVE, and NOT on HEADLINES like 'diabolical, demonic she-devil'.

  • WELCOME HOME AMANDA! YOU'RE SO INNOCENT!! FORZA AZZURRI! TI AMO!

  • Didn't know til today that i know Ashley Knox. Small world.

  • what is the evidence against her?

  • @kenny8331 she falsely accused someone who had nothing to do with it, so she made the italian court suspicious...

If she wasn't there she also could have ansered "what do I know, I wasn't there" but no she acted like an eye withness first and then she changed her story

DNA of amanda was found on the murder weapon, but it was not sufficient as a proof.

one of the murderers on this vid: no joke it is real

    watch?v=C9P6KishWBA&feature=rellist&playnext=1&list=PL4F804E697A738B8F

  • @215alessio yea that guy kinda reminds me of the rza but i read some stuff since and it doesnt sound like she did it but shes a weirdo anyway

  • @tiger5402

The citizens of Italy chose their medieval justice system. So, yes, ALL Italians are to blame.

  • Comment removed

  • @cedric1546 So what whats your point? The citizens of the US chose the US justice system. Does that mean all US citizens should be held accountable for OJ Simpson being acquitted of murder?

  • @ruide no just dont like murderers.

  • @ruide1966 i wouldnt confuse intelliegence with honesty.Best of luck to you.

  • @ruide1966 nah forget the media shes just guilty im sure you have a crush on her hence you finding her innocent and i bet if you write her a letter she might let you visit her.I wish you the best of luck.

  • @ruide1966 no its obvious shes a murderer her case was dealt with poorly but she still is guilty im sure if you are american u will disagree but the best place for her is jail.

  • @ruide1966 nah theyr just murderers and are in the best place prison!

  • @ruide1966

IN fact they will explain why they said" there is no risk of an earthquake" . if they said it there will be a reason. there are hundreds of people wanting to escape from l'aquila before the big eathquake, and they did not and died because experts said "there is no risk of anything". it is not a scientific opinion saying "there is no risk of a big earthquake, do not worry, stay at home".

  • 3.27 describe how last 2 years have been for your family? Their daughter is still alive what about the victims family?

  • This is what happens when americans try to go to other countries and think they can get away with shit....hahahaha stay locked up cock sucking murderer.

  • Don't send your child to Italy. Or to the US; both justice systems have enormous flaws.

  • & By the way no, Americans are not idiots, but neither are Italians. Come on though, how can youu say Amanda didn't have a reason to be put into custody? People *believe* she committed a crime. You might not, but how are us Americans supposed to change their minds from all the way over here. If they believe she really did murder Meredith then so be it. However, if you don't (like I do) then try to find a plausible explanation before you fight & stop making us sound like jackasses.

  • Ashley Knox's FB profile: /profile .php?id= 100000206792880

  • so-called Prosecutor Mignini is a monster.

  • what the fuck does the fact that she's American have to do with that murder. You are delusional, nobody is persecuting Americans in Italy, you fool. Americans aren't that important, get over it,

  • @n4rcinsart true!

  • one thing is obvious though. Morons ARE lowering themselves to pursecution of Americans and Amanda via this US website youtube. Sad really, because most Americans would never pursecute any nationality just because they were from somewhere else. And i don't know of any Americans who would want the real murderer to go free. Obviously Italian courts think that she and her boyfriend are innocent.

  • I'm Italian, But I also live in Seattle and know Amanda Knox's family. This is not fair to Knox. Its Italy against US. And being Italian I'm somewhat ashamed of what Italy is doing.

  • @tarlene95 lol...what are the odds....

  • Amanda was convicted on a wave of anti Americanism and disinformation sent to the public. The Italian prosecutor has already been convicted of misconduct in another case. Amanda is guilty of being an American in God awful Italy.

  • @chairde

You are worong..I'm Italian, but I'm the first to condamn my country (for politics and many more). I don't know if Amanda is guilty for the murder, but she sould stay in jail at least for her accusing of innocent people and all of the bullshit she said.

  • @Kirio1984 There is no reason for her to be in jail for wrongfully accusing people. That is not something people go to jail for. It was the police's own fault for arresting the people she accused with 0 evidence to do it just as they did with Amanda as well, she's sitting in jail with 0 evidence to back up her guilt.

  • @Kirio1984

you are right. people are always lamenting that her life is ruined now. what about the life of lumumba?? she easily could have ruined his life too with what she said about him........

  • @chairde It has nothing to do with being American, this particular judge has a long history of doing this sort of thing with ITALIAN people. Intensely interrogating innocent people, wrongfully accusing people with no evidence -only a "gut feeling"...

  • @chairde Did "Anti Americanism" convict Italian Raffaelle Sollecito, too?

  • @chairde

i hope i will not ruin your picture of the world concerning the importance of americans, but italy has other things to do than spending thousands of euros on putting someone in jail for being american.........

  • @pustebluemchen79 You are the one who is making broad statement not me. There is a real problem with the justice system in Italy and this is not the first case. It is the Italian media that made this case bigger than it should have been. Now Italy is under the spotlight of international eyes. Did you not see the reports that the DNA evidence was simply worthless or would that be too much to ask for. Would the existence of real evidence be too much for the bloated and inept Italian system?

  • @chairde

hm, so what do you think about a system that even kills people who finally turn out to be innocent like it happened several times in the US? no system is perfect, but the italian one is not worse than any other of the western world.

it would be simply laughable to think that the italians are unfair douchebags and sweet poor amanda just a victim, if the occasion behind it all would not be the death of an innocent, young woman.

  • @pustebluemchen79 OK then explain the following to me: "ROME—Enzo Boschi, the president of Italy’s National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), will face trial on charges of manslaughter with six other scientists and technicians for failing to alert the residents of L’Aquila ahead of the devastating earthquake that struck the central Italian town on 6 April 2009, killing 308 people."

  • @chairde

I ask you what you think about a system that judges and kills innocent people, you have no answer for that and come with an earthquake...........LOL

  • @chairde : the case is different: there were a lot of little earthquakes, and they said, as experts, after a meeting/breefing to the people something like: "do not worry, there is no risk of a big earthquake". that s why they are facing trial. how could you say " there is no risk".

  • Does anyone think that Sollecito was fucking both of them and didn't want them to find out? DNA on the braw, etc.

I mean, its obvious the black male did it; his jizz was inside of her, but it seems Sollecito was sneaking around at odd hours getting as much ass as possible.

  • This Has nothing to to with Italy its an amazing place dont blame the place where it happened blame to PEOPLE THAT MADE IT HAPPEN

  • @tiger5402 This is exactly how I feel about it .. People should focus on the people involved & not the place! I'd love to hear your thoughts on this case 'cause I have no idea. aside from the fact Italy has no fault in it, at all.

  • @katieisrare I know right some people just dont have a mind!

  • @tiger5402 you know what man, fuck italy, for many reasons lease of all this one, but this goes on the list.

  • DONT GO TO ITALY IF U DONT WANNA BE CONVICTED OF A CRIME AND LOCKED UP STAY AWAY FROM THAT SHIs

  • hey idiot yankees, charging the nigger doesn't work in Italy! Sorry! It's not USA

  • @Hazonrer you are very right.in States they would have locked up the poor black guy straight.the mad witch and her boyfriend would be outside continuing their weird life.unfortunately (for Knox) Italian Judges send her for good in jail.

  • @Hazonrer you are absolutely vial.

  • @Hazonrer

I honestly CANNOT believe youu just said that. Fuck you. Most of my friends are black & here? Ha, we treat them with respect. The same way someone treats me, is how I give back. & Right now, I see that you're being the racist fuck in the situation, calling blacks 'niggers'. I'm not sure how you were raised, but I hope that's not how Italy is in all, because if it is, then I think you all need to learn how to get past the 1900's, cause that's obviously the time zone you're stuck in.

  • GO TO JAIL BITCH!!!!! SHE IS A KILLER PEOPLE DONT YOU SEE IT??? FOR GOD'S SHAKE!!!

  • omg...most of you people make me so mad...You don't know anything so please just don't say anthing...

  • They didn't do it . I will never go to italy FUCK that. I watch this story Italy is full of idiots.

  • @yankees101979

why u are sure of that? anyway don't come here, pls. We don't need an idiot like you, really!

If you aren't in Italy you can't know if she's guilty. So don't broke our balls!

  • @Koraju Oh believe me i dont wanna go there. you people are locking up people for nooooooooooooooooo reason. FUCK italy im an idiot ? you just said i broke your ball ITS BREAK DICK!! i have been watching this story for awhile nooooo proof man all stupid shit . her dna was at the scene cuz she lived there IIDDIOT. MAN YOU SUCK

  • @GORDOS2169

u are yankees? well, i suppose that police consider that. but why u are so sure? are u there? have u seen crime scene? are u a police man?

    NO.

SO FUCK U AND GO TO EAT SOME ICECREAM, baby

  • @GORDOS2169

the problem of Italy is that justice takes to long to incriminate people, 'cause they are to sweet. What about patrick lumumba? ask it to Amanda. why she said that patrick was guilty?

i don't insult all americans (while u do this with italian, this is stupid, and we can easily see from this that u are a baby), but u are idiot.

  • US justice is notoriously one of the worst in the western world. If you are poor and black .. you are guilty. Italian justice, like most European systems.. is much more sophisticated and fair.

  • @ConmanBenitez you're kidding me if you seriously just said that. Look at the facts before you talk; America does not have a bad system at all, so I suggest you look into that.

  • All the evidence really showed a sociopath used to living with complete immunity for her evil deeds because of her good grades, school acclaim and the adults overseeing her believing the perfect little angel act.

We all know these people in high school, there's dozens of them and they're often the worst human beings we'll ever personally know the minute the eyes of supervision are turned.

The evidence supports this girl being a spoiled sociopathic vixen who believed she was indestructable.

  • anyway she's guilty, like Raffaele Sollecito (italian so i don't understand why you look at Amanda as a poor American victim) and Rudy Guede

  • What about the guy that accuse -- her- the police guy- meaby he just want to finish another case- make money- and be famous. I do not know why but there is something about this guy- I do not like and I just sow this movie first time. If this on the movie is exactly like in reality-- it is just ubelieavable.

  • Hej Guys you write again about AMANDA!!!This is what the Police Officer is trying to do too, FOCUS ON AMANDA!!! Let,s look at the POLICE !!! They had no right to treat AManda thsi way - I mean hit her !!!

  • Looks like a WITCH HUNT to me...

  • koraju : how do you know she is guilty? uhm sorry but no one know that yet okay they dont have enough prove that she is so please dont say stuff that you got no idea about?

  • @polishtechno you are wrong. there is evidence. open your eyes.

  • why you don't accept that Amanda is guilty? there are evidences.

  • @Koraju Learn to speak english. "There is evidence"

  • @sk8r5678pc1b yeah my english is bad but i don't like english, unfortunatly. And now i can't learn at school, 'cause i'm working. I'm very happy that you can understand me anyway

  • @Koraju Have you been keeping track of this she didnt do it .

  • She better get used to spending Christmas in jail.

  • This newscasters hair is hilarious. :-)

  • She's innocent. Let her go. She can come and stay with me. I've got a double bed.

  • You can tell the girls are acting out a script. They're being used to sway public opinion. And I wonder why the some American media outlets are so obsessed by the forensic evidence, when it's been determined that Amanda Knox was in the house at the time of the murder, and she has failed to provide a plausible account of events.

  • Amanda should just admit to what she has done instead of putting her family through hell. Then I remember, sociopaths like Amanda are not capable of empathy and this is why she should remain in prison forever. She's dangerous

  • I hope Amanda has a terrible 20 years in prison and gets beat up for what she did.

  • @RIPmyers WHy? Are you a sadist? And how do you know for sure she's guilty? How stupid people are...

  • Comment removed

  • and no confession was used in court.... u make it sound like there was

  • Dummy should of left the country when the going was good. Foreign courts are corrupt especially when another nationality kills one of their countrymen!!!!

  • they look like good girls, just as much class as meredith !

  • amanda should be sent to the gallows

  • i wonder how many crooks are writing bad things about Amanda Knox,

  • Amanda got a better trial in Italy then an Italian would ever get in America. She should have staid at home, but on the other hand if you commit murder in USA you might go to the electric chair

  • hmm jailbait pussy

  • Knox's sisters had their picture taken outside the scene of the crime. That says it all

  • @HoosierMF yeah, probably they are witches as well, is that what you re saying?

  • @lunafringe10 What the fuck do witches have to do with anything?

  • Damn...her sisters are hot too...I'd like a foursome with all three.

  • @Darkydrago hahahahha thats funny

  • @Darkydrago If you do, make sure there aren't any knives lying around

  • everyone seems to be missing the point. amanda knox is guilty...................of giving me an erection

  • @dstacey102

you just summed up why the majority of american guys are under the delusion that she's innocent

  • If anyone knows Amanda Knox's address in Italy and can she receive mail, please post if possible.

  • @sonny5118 forward it to me if you get it so i can go and shoot the bitch in the face. GUILTY AS CHARGED.

  • @DiarioPiscinese cermis e Calipari

  • ke gnocca questa giornalista...me lofarei sukkiare ben benino da na t***a così...

  • The US government should keep an eye of those two potential murderers.

  • "Me and Ashley"? what a couple of hicks - they should be back home learning some basic English grammar, not standing in front of every camera in town

and why is this reporters voice just dripping with sympathy for the family of the killer?

  • THE JUDGE MASSEI REPORT - English translation - available for download from Perugia Murder File website. Please inform yourself how the KNOX/MELLAS family lied to US public about their murderer daughter Knox.

  • Amanda is totally INNOCENT there is absolutely NO evidence of Amanda being there, and I totally believe she was abused and hit and became terrified and that is when she gave the false confession. Somebody needs to fix this unjustice for two innocent people are in prison for something they had nothing to do with

  • @336beau You're a moron. Read the Report.

  • Knox is not the victim here, the victim is fucking dead and knox if not the murderer had something to do with this dreadfull act, simple as that so all you fucking idiot knox hangers on get a life and shut the fuck up!!

  • amanda knox was just jealous bc meredith kercher was classy and beautiful...two traits "foxy knoxy" does not possess

  • To Americans Italy's legal system is a bit shocking. In this country we require solid evidence. There is basically no solid evidence by US standards. I say this as a former defense attorney. Of course we have a lot of murder trials, so our analysis has been honed by a lot of experience.

  • @needparalegal That's because US standards are so bad - wealth, politics and race is the order of the day. Don't think for one second that the rest of the world is looking up to the US in awe. Technically Knox isn't even guilty yet, but in the US eye witnesses have landed people on death row in short quick trials with Joe Pesci lookalike lawyers. Retesting inmate's DNA is the norm in the US in the last decade such is the incompetence of the original verdicts.

    shocked because your're insular :D

  • @niallio77 The fact that you think someone can rape and slit someones throat without leaving any DNA shows how stupid you are. Why should we expect anything else from a country that brought us the Mafia and Catholic priests.

  • @needparalegal There's just as many mafioso between the 5 points as in all of Calabria.

The tip of a blade doesn't leave DNA, however the person holding the victim does (Guede on her wrist)

I'd take a catholic priest over a Mormon lunatic or a devious scientologist any day LOL

  • @niallio77 Wow you are too stupid to even run the scenario in your mind. Maybe europeans do not understand killing as well as we do. We don't have to fantasize about how murders happen we have lots of them to analyze.

  • @needparalegal Run the scenario in my mind? oh you mean the lone wolf theory? sorry....F A I L. not possible - although a while back it was shaping up to be Guede and a baby killer. The defense must be desperate.

  • @niallio77

he probably thinks that all Italians eat pasta too.

  • @needparalegal

you're an idiot, but I'm sure you hear that a lot

  • @niallio77 contrary to what you seem to think showing flaws with the U.S. system in no way increases the credibility of the Italian system. Does the U.S. system have flaws? Yeah. Are those flaws anywhere near as bad as a system in which defamation can be brought for the comment of a private individual about a public figure made with neither malice nor lack of truth? Not even close. Italy is starting to set a new standard for injustice.

  • @goliathreno Where's the evidence of injustice? The Italian system is slow and cautious, and this benefits the defendant. No "railroading" here. All evidence is carefully scrutinized, and potential defendants, before there's any consideration of a trial. It's quite an achievement to get convicted of murder in Italy.

In reference to the above comment, interesting to know how many Yanks even heard of Cermis, and what befell the culprits. Apparently different rules apply

  • @niallio77 slow and cautious has zero benefit when the defendant is in jail. This girl is in jail because the British media (of whom Meredith's father is a part of ) swooped in and put the pressure on Italy and their crazy, yes, crazy, prosecutor.

And this defamation suit just goes beyond understanding. The prosecutor is free to throw the most unsubstantiated accusations at Amanda, releasing them to the press, and that is fine. Repeating facts = defamation? lol, Italy.

  • @goliathreno She's in jail because of a ton of corroborating evidence, and after studying what was available online from the official documentation, it's 100% impossible that the black guy acted alone. As yet still no alibi - accuses the police of hitting her, but only brought it up long after the trial commenced. She told nothing but lies, DEFAMED Lumumba and the police, and now every Yank with a grudge towards the old continent has latched onto the case. CNN, FOX, books by US authors...LIES.

  • @michaelbartschi There was NO 14 HOUR INTERROGATION!

Use your common sense, use your brain - think! Thats what its for!

That is a breach of HUMAN RIGHTS and the ECHR would have slaughtered them! There has been NO COMPLAINT made! Because its a LIE!

FOA add up the hours she was interrogated over the week and you get wacko numbers like 36 hours! and then pinhead followers repeat the rubbish without any consideration!

Hilary Clinton said there was NO BREACH of laws! The TRIAL WAS FAIR!

  • @michaelbartschi "14 hours" . Research. Stop being a sheep.

  • Ashley and Deanna Knox teach their sister how to stay free from the law while in Italy. Follow this one simple rule - do not murder someone - then leave.

  • They're not fugly but they're not as hot as Amanda.

  • sisters are hot. too bad amanda is a dumb ass whore.

  • @tinywentz and she has a flaming cold sore LOL

  • @Alaina1190

Most of the human population has that form of herpes, and it flares up in extreme stress

  • The postal police said they arrived at the apartment at 12:35 pm and Raffaele called the police after they arrived. Witnesses testified the officers had both of Meredith's phones with them and were asking who owned the phones. Police records, cell tower logs and witness testimony proves the police did not possess both phones until 12:46 pm. Maybe they went through a time warp on their way to the girls' apartment.

  • i hope she dies in prision the cunt

  • Can someone explain to me how Amanda Knox was able to leave all the DNA evidence of Rudy Guede in the room where Meredith Kercher was murdered and clean up every single trace of herself in that same room? Doesn't it make more sense to assume that the simplest explanation is the correct one here? Amanda Knox was not there. Injustice in Perugia org

  • This allysjill is the most pathetic poster on the Knox videos!

He/she (I bet is a very young she, probably a member of the Knox Klan) hasn't notice that all these videos ONLY show Amanda Knox's side of the story.

Nobody thinks knox is guilty because of cartwheels or lies or because we "heard" she is guity

She was CONVICTED by a JURY based on hard evidence: mixed DNA samples, bloody footprints, tampering with the crime scene (clean-up + fake break-in) etc

  • generally all their daughters seem to be hot but the one on the left of this video altho not ugly theres something unnatractive about her

  • RIP Meredith Kercher, Justice was seen to be done..

  • Amanda Knox is a dirty slut and it looks like her sisters are aspiring to be like her, Morons.

  • @allysjill Amanda Knox DID accuse an innocent man. Are you retarded, or just a liar? The jury DID hear "both sides of the story". Unlike you, they heard ALL the evidence. And they gave their verdict: GUILTY!

  • @allysjill I'm not interested in debating with a loser like you. But you made a demonstrably-false statement, saying it was "not true" that Amanda Knox accused an innocent man. She signed a statement implicating an innocent man and she admitted writing this statement. . Now, if you want to go on and be retarded and jump through hoops and try to explain WHY she confessed to being in the house and why she implicated an innocent man, go ahead, but please don't lie and say she didn't accuse him.

  • @allysjill You're a loser who made a false statement and then refused to retract it. She wrote the statement in her own handwriting. From the trial: Q: When you wrote the memorandum, were you hit by police? Knox: No. Q: Mistreated? Knox: No Q: Did the police suggest the contents? Knox: No Q: You gave it to them freely? Knox: Yes Q: Voluntarily? Knox: Yes You're an absolute moron. No more responses from me to you. Life is too short and you're too dumb.

  • @allysjill Fuck off, moron.

  • @nickslick75 I would like to invite you and your family to an enjoyable evening of fine dining on the feces of the green monkey.

  • @allysjill

You're a loser who posts the same shit on every Amanda Knox messageboard. You're probably PhanuelB (google this creepy looking fuck)

  • True justice for meredith kercher website provides all the information that is available on this case - the Micheli report is translated and both the prosecutions arguments and the defence can be read there along with the judge's reasoning. The forensics evidence is clarified by reference to court documents and not a random professor who has never actually seen the evidence pitching in for a shot at fame through this case

  • @kathrynwatersful

You know nothing dude. If it's not her with her great friends then it's you that killed that poor lady. Bla bla bla, stop it, you know nothing. Let this happens in texas and they would have both been confirmed to death for lethal injection.

  • @kathrynwatersful Why are you posting the same stuff repeatedly? You're a spammer. What's the plan? You're planning on influencing the Italian justice system, one rinky-dink youtube video at a time? You're a moron.

  • @nickslick75

You seem to be the only one whos noticed that kathrynwaterful is a spammer posting, i.,e.pasting the same FOAK crap all over Youtube.

People should mark her comments as spam and make them disappear!

  • @arianariadne Kathrynwatersful can say what she likes, but it is vital that people know that she is clearly working for the FOA campaign, absolutely.

  • @nickslick75

    you mean HE...PhanuelB

  • @arianariadne No i noticed katherynwaterful is a spammer as well, i told her she is wasting her time and amanda is guilty and to get over it but she continues to spam~

  • @nickslick75 i will change my u tube imsick and tired of comments by ignorant biatches like you

  • Comment removed

  • @thoostorm4 LOL. Moron Illiterate moron, calling ME "ignorant". Amusing.

  • "Everything I have said in regards to my involvement in Merediths death, even though it is contrasting, are the best truth that I have been able to think." (Amanda Knox, 6 November 2007).

  • @mrharryrag NOT GUILTY

  • a dirty police trick-bring someone in as a 'witness' but treat them like a suspect this means they arent advised of there rights, have no lawyer, dont use there right to silence and generally are treated unfairly seeing as officially the police call them a witness, this happened to ak when she was quesstioned and the police lied under oath.A dirty police trick often used by police everywere, guilty or innocent, witness or suspect no ur rights and stay silent or get a lawyer

  • when they show clips of amanda talkin what on earth is on her upper lip???
