  • In order to contain the shit throwing down in the UK the government will be deploying one of the most potent weapons on the planet. B.Dolan.

  • Being a huge fan of B Dolan and Sage I was pissed at how quickly their UK tour sold out everywhere remotely near me. Hope you come back soon guys!

  • @Melfice101 Will do! Please stay updated by signing up for the newsletter at StrangeFamous (dot com).

  • "your a fraud!...ur a fraud to our culture!"

  • Man I remember hearing a rumor that Dolan and Sage were gonna fuse together to make some kind of huge robot rap overlord. I wish they would. This video is ill as FUCK... pardon my french.

  • spoken word is just poetry, this is "rap" but better known as hip hop. This is real hip hop, that gun rap shit is a joke... who cares how much money u got or how many diamonds u got in ur teeth, and honestly i dont give a shit that u have 26 inch rims on a truck that is designed for 18's. I'll keep my 18's and get 3 times as much mileage on my gas tank than you do.

  • Man I remember hearing a rumor that Dolan and Sage were gonna fuse together to make a group/project. I wish they would. This video is ill as FUCK...pardon my french.

  • sick flow 2:00

  • B. Dolan and Sage Francis is so epic. So much energy

  • This is ridiculous, you guys are the best.

  • cool

  • Can't wait for your next tour. I missed you in Phoenix, unfortunately. It looks like you have fun shows though

  • Saw these 2 guys at The Catalyst in Santa Cruz last night. By far the best rap show i've ever been two.

  • @ISCHNIK - That was an awesome show!

  • spoken word is opposite of rap. most "rappers" are poets who practice the art of spoken word...not rap. that is all, my friends.

  • @jsymons This is definitely rap. Spoken word is more like Buddy Wakefield or something.

  • @svestamook you ever listen to Sage Francis? he's a poet...sure, maybe a poet who "raps" whatever. Spoken Word = Saul Williams and many others. You have fries but must catch up, son

  • "a pop song over and underground artist who starts strong but fizzle out cause their hearts gone" woooohoooo!

  • it's quiet like new york hip-hop after 9/11???? possibly true if you don't include IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE....

  • i don't.

  • good shit. btw, i love sage and b. dolan, i was just playing devils advocate.

  • @PJORmaximus lol.. he sucks

  • fucking dope. this is raw as fuck!

  • i just saw a comment on another b. dolan video saying this aint music its spoken word, wot the hell is that meant to mean, any ideas peeps? maybe here in the uk we call it something differant

  • Pretty much spoken word is a cross between poetry and rap, this song is more on the rap side, but if you listen to say Joan of Arcadia or Skycycle Blues by b. dolan you'll forsure see what spoken word is

  • I guess comments like those come from people who aren't comfortable enough to call themselves rap fans. That's silly.

  • @djrockthahouse spoken word is poetry, same as rapping... who cares what you label it?

  • this is the best song i've heard in mad years, "its quiet, like eminem after bush won re-election" thats the kinda sh*t i wana hear, not crap about material possessions and jewelery

  • sorry son but this is actual revolutionary underground hip-hop that kids would fight for like back in the day, go pump your 50 and lil wayne bitch

  • I said a godamn

  • A sick duo..

  • possibly sage's best

  • its a b dolan song

  • he could have meant verse.

  • this songs some REAL HIP HOP

  • :( I hate reading comments like this "Real Hip Hop".

There is no such thing as that.

Just Rap, no need to separate all the fans of this wonderful art form.

  • yeh there is. i dont wanna be associate with any of these fuckin pop music sweetboys.. this is REAL HIP HOP. end of.

  • Actually no there isn't .

Amazing how you are trying to tell someone something about real "Hip Hop" yet you don't know that Hip Hop is a culture.

Not only that but just because something is popular that doesn't stop it from being "Rap".

So Jay-z, Kanye, little wayne, T.I. and any other mainstream rapper is just as real as Sage Francis who I am also a fan of.

Along side other rappers such as Slug, Eyedea and Murs.

  • so ur just assuming i dont know shit about hip hop? lol i know hip-hop is a culture u fuckin ideot.. its not exactly a secret is it..

and sayin litle wayne is just as real as sage just shows how bastard ignorant you are..

the arent making art.. theyre ripping off the whole culture by makin us like like a bunch of DUMB pop music sheep. and if you think rapping BADLY about shit that no1 can relate to makes you real, your even more of a fuckin ideot then i thought.

    just shutup kid.

  • What the F*ck are you talking about ?

I meant real as in they are rappers just like Sage.

Who cares what people think of you ? What are you 15 years old ? How do you know what people can relate to ?

Also your calling me a kid ?

You can't even spell "Idiot" right and you have the nerve to insult me ?

GTFO! I just told you I like Underground and Mainstream. I'm not replying after this. Childish Idiot. lmao @ "Ripping off the culture".

  • shutup.

for a start callin me out for spelling mistakes is just dumb.. how i spell is irrelevent in this arguement.

secondly, dont just assume you know me, im not 15.. funnily enuff not everyone on the internet is under 18.

also, how can you say 'how do you know what people can relate to' and actually expect to have a leg to stand on for it. I AM A PERSON YOU DUMB CUNT, AND I KNOW 99% OF PEOPLE CANNOT RELATE TO DRIVIN CADDIES, SPENDIN MILLIONS N CLACKIN GATTS IN THE GHETTO. simple.

  • I know I said I wasn't replying after this but, WHY DOES THAT MATTER ? I don't have to "relate" to my entertainment to enjoy it.

If that were so I wouldn't be able to enjoy the majority of the stuff I listen to.

Including guys like Biggie smalls or Tupac.

They didn't exactly rap about everyday stuff.

Amazing. How are you calling me a Dumb cunt ? While you're the one coming off as an ignorant and close minded individual.

How about you take a second and realize your "Opinion" is not Fact.

  • yes thats all true but hiphop was always about the art form, and you cant say that kanye little wayne and so on arnt in it for the money.

graffiti is a culture and most 'underground' rappers make there own beats and write there OWN lyrics.

not to mention the graffiti game and breakdancing.

  • Yeah guess what ! A good number of artists at the top right their own lyrics too.

Also Kanye West produces his stuff and writes his lyrics. With the exception of "Jesus Walks". I'm sure Eminem,Jay-Z, 50 Cent, T.I., Rick Ross and all the other people in the mainstream care just as much about their music.

I listen to Both mainstream and underground. I just can't stand the elitist attitude people have.

I have no problem going from Eligh or illogic to Lil Wayne or Kanye West.

  • just crank your souljah boy and keep your ears to the street for real shit while you queer off doing the motorcycle dance

  • good thing I don't like Souljah Boy.

My name comes from "Bishoujo" a form of japanese comic books.

    google it.

  • gotta love google for situations like that

  • except 50 cent t.i lil wayne and half the other MAINSTREAM rappers are biters and have ghostwriters so that is what really makes them fake considering they are speaking about somone elses experiences not their own

  • You sir are an idiot.

Wayne writes his lyrics. I did the research and he can be dope sometimes.

    Kanye does write his lyrics.

50 cent doesn't write his lyrics.

    Ludacris does write his lyrics.

    T.I. does write his lyrics.

Damn at least know what you're talking about before hating on people.

  • Oops I meant to say 50 Cent does write his lyrics.

    He's always written his lyrics.

same with all the other people I've mentioned.

Just because you dislike their music that doesn't mean they didn't write their lyrics.

And plenty of rappers explore fantasy and talk about things they've never been through.

The Emcee is an actor and story teller.

    That's what rappers do.

  • alright look they rap about different shit i like 50 i like lil wayne. SFR has more lyrically diverse emcees the difference in my opinion is underground is more intelligent

  • this is why mics were made

  • easy sir,

  • i thought it was good and i enjoyed it.

  • When did music become about everything but the music?

  • music was always about everything but the music. it's a way to express or invoke a feeling or an issue. music became about the music when pop was introduced to the scene. So there you go

  • You didn't capitalize any of the first letters of your sentences. Your comment lacked passion and a human feel. You started one sentence with the word and, which would cause any English teacher to spit out their water. Capping off your rant you call the guy fat which is as adolescent as it is ignorant. Now point out all the things you don't like about my comment and we can spend the rest of lives arguing over why things aren't like they should be while the rest of the world bathes in ecstasy.

  • Damn, that was dope, thanks for posting, great work with the MCing and the camera work was sick!

  • i hope its something hip hop will outgrow..

    hahahaha

  • yo yo...this video is solid baby solid!! good work!!

  • Damn! That was a lot better than I thought it would be. How many cameras did you have at this thing - cuts are flawless and matches music nicely! Felt like I was at the show while watching it.

  • The man has fuel behind his eyes and fire under his tongue.

  • THAT IS A DOPE VIDEO!!! AWEEE YEEAAHHH!! Good Editing / Good Camera Work!

  • this videos sick.

i never see any other live performances that actually sound like they did when they were released, like half of the words get changed n cut out n shit, im glad they didnt do it with this too..

  • hunh. you made a new account just to post that, eh?

  • dickhead.

  • that man below me doesn't know what he's talkin about. i could understand everything just fine, levels were alrite, can't expect anything better from a live performance. pissed i couldn't be there.

    peace

  • great editing and camera work, but the background music overlapped the lyrics too much, and i couldn't' understand it

  • what can i say other than

    shut'em down

and that i am definetly buying B. Dolan's album.
