Hey man, I'm about to start Djing psytrance and mainly oldschool goa, I have no idea what gear o buy though is there anything you would recommend for a decent but no overdecent budget ?
ps: the visualisation on your screen, is that lke opensource software making random visualisations ?
I paid $400 each for the CDJ200's, I dunno about the vestax though. I got a DXM06 mixer from newmark... I like it. My set up was just under $1000 when all was said and done

hey you. Im'bout learning to mix Psy.
Well i can find the click(beginning of the basslines) to set CUE.
but when I play it on the crash (which is every 4 bars) the bass is like
trrrboom trrrboom trrrboom trrrboom instead of boom boom boom boom
could you give me a lead. I have to pitch it fwd or rwd. But anywhore i can't fit the 2 basslines

sorry, not possible with CDJ 200's. You'd need the CDJ 800's or 1000's for that.

Definately reccomend the CDJ 200's and a vestax. I don't regret it for a second.
