  • Wonderful

  • Which one of the tree members of this band is "my friend, who forgets and break it?" Probably a complaint about the end of the band, caused by Vangelis, who was looking for other ways of music the group should try out (see the album 666 as a result of Vangelis' influence). Nevertheless: Vangelis and Demis became tremendously succesfull in their solocareer. For Lucas Sideras remained bitterness, for he failed to succes and vanished in obscurity.

  • @SacredAudacity interesting thought.Happily Vangelis chose the way he did for one of the most important chapters in electronic music and relevant original movie scores as well. This song takes me back to my 12 years when I first heard it on a tv show where a teens team would present coreographies and lip-synch to the then new records.

  • This always reminded me of the late 60's era Bee Gees.

  • It's A Treasure ! A Real Treasure !

  • Been searching for this tune for years, thanks a million for posting,

you have made a happy man very old! lol

  • i always feel a cold chill when i listen to this song, its a reminder that nothing last forever and one day we will return to the abyss

  • Vangelis keys... just awsome Greek export

  • no hay cancion mas hermosa que esta

  • Nearly 40 years on - still wonderful stuff!

  • Demis Roussos was so popular in Yugoslavia those days

and now. Beautiful voice, great music.

  • amazing. amazing. amazing. I really love this song.

  • Crazy syllables (ti-ti-ti-dl-da...) are of Vangelis! WOW! it was surprise for me to find out this fact. wonderful voice!

  • so sick, i love this song so much.

  • Loukas sings also nice... very nice song, really

  • I am Brazilian, for me, Demis Roussos is the best singer in history, but it is a pity that the songs present, without content, are having trouble making the staff forget these rare jewels, but while there are people with a good sense, Demis Roussos ever be forgotten.

  • Sorry, but who sings this song is the drumer, Loukas Sideras. A great song, a rather sad song.

  • Wonderful and Beautiful!!! :))).

  • progresivo great, only regret being occult ...

  • i am proud of our artists..and the worst is that vangelis roussos and sideras(aphrodites child) arent famous at greece..this makes me mad...the guitar solo is fucking crazy...a 16_years_old guy from greece, macedonia, veria

  • Coca Cola may not be famous in the moon but that does not mean that Coca Cola is not great ;-)

  • in the moon there is no people.. how you expect to be famous? besides, if there were people, they whould be from USA, or another country with an space program, that means that they should know coca cola, therefore, coca cola whould be famous if the moon were someone there.

  • And how can you be so sure that no people are living in the moon? Maybe there is a big conspiracy... Hmmm, what about that hah?

  • I am 45, I live in Hungary, I have and love this album.

    Greetings from Kecskemét.

  • This is my third favourite Aphrodite's Child track.

It is never, ever likely to be played on the radio, so I have to return to this site for my regular 'fix'.

It so reminds me of 1972 (dunno why!).

  • il ete tres beau.........

  • Great guitarsolo...as well!

  • child of predecition i am he

  • Thank you zvjezd for sharing.

    Great video.Wonderful music.

  • Reading what the CD says, the singer of this song is Loukas Sideras, not Demis Roussos... the three ones were amazing artists.

  • great!

  • Lovely !

  • This used to be played on the Dutch service of Radio North Sea International during 1972. An excellent track, but I believe the group were approaching the end by the time this was released.

  • this is one of the best songs ever made...

may i pay respects and extend appreciation for the culture and art you bestow.

  • it might even be the greatest song ever made!!

  • Sweet sweet memories.

    DAMN I feel old...

  • One of the best songs from what I believe is an interesting but patchy album.

  • It's of course a sublime tune, served by a nicely home composed clip.

    Strong work guy !

  • Yes, I had the Vertigo lp, last time I looked. Scratched up but still great. Is it out on CD?
