When i first saw this trailer i thought it was gonna be another cheesy 80s movie but I saw it anyways because Patrick Dempsey was in it and it was SO FREAKING AWSOME!! well besides some weird/nasty parts. But i really like the ending, that is mentioned in Easy A. lol. 4.5 out of 5 stars if you ask me. and lol seth green is in this movie and he looks like a little kid.lol. love ya P.D. <3

Actually it was best to be born in the 70's (like me)...I was 13 when this movie came out...I remember going t the theater with friends to see it...and there were so many other cult classic 80's coming of age movies...and I am so glad I was an 80's kid...not born in the 80's...but grew up and can really appreciate that era...as compared to today.

@Grizzlywolf9 after "Can't Buy Me Love," people thought Amanda would become a star. however, after "Fatal Charm," "Hell Hath No Fury," and "Windrunner," and spots in Doogie Howser, and Silver Spoons, she left show business. there are two thoughts of where she is - #1 - married, and living in the Napa Valley (having grown up there myself i hope this is the case,) or #2, moved back to Denver and fell on hard times. which is true i don't know. but god, she was gorgeous in "Can't Buy Me Love."
