@ezy8mobi I just read an article that most of his best plays were made late in preseason games against 4th string corners, and he wasn't a great route runner. However I understand completely, I'm a Lions fan and until Schwartz showed up we NEVER got to see players develop (99% of the Millen picks were scrubs tho). But in Detroit he'll be working out with one of the top WR's in the game in Calvin. He's got some talent. I just hope he can realize it..

Despite proving already what a threat he is in the redzone, coach Zorn would have little WRs like Randel-El and Santana Moss on the field instead of a big guy like Mitchell who is perfect for something like a fade pattern. Ooops! My bad...I forgot that QB Jason Campbell doesn't know how to throw a fade pattern. This is a micro-cosom to show how poorly managed the Redskins were last season. A Bill Walsh coached team would have played Mitchell more often....and at least in the redzone.

This guy not only knows how to catch, but he can make things happen after the catch.

As a Redskin fan I feel this guy is our Marques Colston. He may actually wind up being better than all of our receivers other than Santana Moss.

Marko can really be a compliment to Santana. But that will all depend on Jason Campbell.

I totally agree here. What are they thinking at Redskins Park? This guy has shown time and again he is a deep threat and the Redskins ignore him. This, "rookie stamp" they put on players is a joke. They finally put him into the game against the Falcons and he caught both his passes for 11 yds each. Wake up Zorn!

Did anyone see the Steelers/Skins preseason game Sat night? Marko was pretty nice. Caught a fade TD in the corner of the endzone. Leaped up and snatched it. Reminds me of Plax Burress. Could def make the team and be a good redzone jump ball type td wr. Love his height and leaping ability.

I like his size 6'4 218, & it looks like he's got decent hands. He's got to be better than Bryant Johnson. His size alone gives him a legit shot to make the team. Other than CJ we got a bunch of little guys.
