Hi! Do you have a particular method for parting your hair?? I do individuals (larger than micros) and senegalese twists but have only done box braid parts! I'd like it to look more natural.

Thank You Sooo Much on showing how to do the slip knot up close and so detailed. I use to have trouble with it until I saw your video. You are an awesome teacher. I wish you could have one of your friends with very short hair (like 3-4inches long) do a video of them micro braiding their own hair. Short hair is harder to braid unless you have somone else do it. Not enough short hair videos. Can you hire someone to do a video for that and put it on you tube. Thank you for your teaching.

Question: Do you have problems with breakage when you leave your ends out? Your hair looks really healthy and long. Is this how you always do it?

As my hair gets longer I dread the idea of wearing micro braids b/c I have to braid down so far, 1 inch past my shoulder length hair. But after seeing this vid I can't wait to do more.

I guess I could just take extra care to keep my ends moisturized.

Hi, Yes this is how I always do my braids. And to be really honesty, even if I leave my ends out I don't notice any breakage when I take them out. However that's because of what you said... I keep my hair moisturized before during and after micros.
