I'm so glad I was finally able to quit after 3 long years.

Hm, Interesting. I'm a young and foolish smoker myself, ew. I'm glad you were able to quit though! I could easily stop though, because of the fact that I don't want to get even a wrinkle on my skin or around my mouth area. But I'd also like to just say that your website, which I discovered years ago, is lifesaving and how I first learned how to manage my miserable case of acne.
