I like this video, and I agree we're not suppose to fear anything, but God.

Yet, Halloween is all about fear, and so are horror movies. They affect your dreams, and your life for the worse. Be careful what you put into your mind. What goes in will come out.

Satan wants to keep us in fear.

a) it does not exist;

b) no one else has, either.

@ndrthrdr1 Not that I am defending the 4 examples you gave, but it sounds like you think that anyone who believes in the existence of anything supernatural is 'deluded', 'insane', or 'brainwashed'.

Am curious how you will react when the day comes that you experience something supernatural. Will it turn your world upside down? Or will you continually deny that such a thing happened to you, because you want to remain inside your 'box'?

Will you have yourself committed? ;-)

Just because the bible tells the story of Jesus does not mean that everything in it is truth. You can disagree with my beliefs all you want but you can not change them. But if you do not believe in any LITERAL demons, or supernatural beings, then you will be wasting your time watching. And I did not say the Celts did, I said the DRUIDS DID; in what is now England/Scotland/Ireland/Wales­.

@CAUGHTUPALIVE1 My dear, the Druids were Celts. If you are not aware of this, how can you speak about Samhain? There is no point in demonizing Halloween-Samhain. It was a pagan festival, so nothing to do with Satan which is a being of the monotheistic religions. The festival was born in Ireland, which was not christianized by the Roman Empire, so didn't know what Satan was until the middle ages, centuries after the festival was born :) How could then the festival be satanic?

@Merlenzio No doubt that today idiots exist, so it's possible that some people use Halloween to justify bad behaviours, but it's just an excuse and doesn't make the festival a denger itself only because one has a christian point of view. It's like a vegan person who demonizes Thanksgiving because of the turkey tradition: the problem would be the turkey, but festivals are harmless in thei spirit. In case of Samhain, it is/was just a day to remember the dead ones, just as Crhistians do on Nov 2.

@Merlenzio Veganism is a CHOICE made by an individual person. Halloween is a tradition that is handed down through generations in complete ignorance of what (who) it stands for. Then again, I am not a (Wiccan/NeoPagan/Witch/insert-­prefered-title-here) who is obsessed with Celtic Culture; though I have both Scottish and Irish blood. If you have no desire to view this from a Christian point of view (which is the video series' SPECIFIC FOCUS GROUP), then your time is wasted here.

Maybe I really waste my time, but this video brings false information and makes more harm than every (fake) thing it tries to describe. How can I say they are false? Verify yourself, speak with a native Irish , or a Religion History teacher, or an anthropologist. They have impartial views and no interest in demonizing what isn't christian. Might I suggest a Book " Kingdom of the Cults" By Dr. Walter Martin. I think maybe there might be one use for Halloween in that it gives a understandable example that evil exists that is more digestible to children. But one must always be mindful of indoctrination that leads one away from the path. There is a movement to corrupt the minds of Children via movies,Programs and books that seeks to destroy our Faith. Such as the New Age movement.
