This is much easier on real guitar. The green notes are just pull-offs, not strummed notes, for example. Good vid though man!

you have to import the songs into your ps3 so you can play them on either rock band 1 or 2 and update the game so it will let play with the gh drums

yeah rb hammerons are hard and gh hammerons are easier, i prefer gh for playing the guitar and rb for playing the drums cause for some weird reason rb never reads what im strumming like sometimes it gets the notes and sometimes not on guitar but not drums (on expert) and on gh its the same thing except drums is the one thats screwed up

Tapping is where you strum the first note then hold down green the whole time and just put my fingers on the other non green notes when they come, only strumming when I fail. That's tapping right? That's what I've always understood it to be.

If i get what you're saying, its 1 handed? Well, no, tapping is 2 handed strum the first and then get your strumm hand all the way to the neck and hold a certain note can be red green yellow blue and then use the other hand to press the notes not able to be played with the normal neck hand. Seach the TTFAF intro tapped and see how they do it.

For one this one has you play one guitar, In Rock Band you play a combination of Both Angus' and Malcolm's (though this could be said for any song on the game), plus not all guitarist play their songs live the same as they do on an album.

Not really, you don't have to pay $90+ for it and there's thousands of songs you can get for it, including rips from RB 1 and 2 and all the GH games. The graphics are worse but it's really good even if it wasn't free.

what do i do after downloading the FoFix mod?

Assuming you use Windows, extract the file with Winrar or 7zip and put it somewhere handy (I put mine in Program Files when I used Windows). It doesn't need the original frets on fire, so you can delete or uninstall that if you already have it. Then just extract the songs in the FoFiX folder\data\songs\ If you use Mac than you can do it but I don't know how TBH (don't have a mac). If you use Linux then tell me what distro.

I made the mistake to get ghwt, i only played a couple songs (hotel cali, the joker, purple haze...) all the other good songs are shared with RB2, and with the RB1 songs and the DLC, the setlist is far better than ghwt! I'm with you man!
