Just to let you know that I made the Chicken Koftas and it was great, thank you very much.I wish that I could send a picture of it, you would like how it came out. Keep up the good recipes.
in most countries poppy seeds cant buy not available . and roasted chick peas if we could buy then we can make best than u this dish.need to show easy reciepe that if some one living there that he cant buy these products then what to do.
Awesome recipe, and you make really nice videos! Many cooking videos aren't detailed enough to follow accurately, yours is a really enjoyable exception. I'm subbing to you, I can almost smell this dish :-)
your recipes are just so wonderful and easy. I'm from india and had pakistani food only after moving to the US. I always loved it but thought was very heavy, Fattening and tiring to cook them. But after seeing your videos It seems I was not. going to try ur chicken kofta recipe this sunday.
Yes you can fry the Kofta's. Frying builds a thin crust, however, that crust also does not allow some of the masala to seep in. I prefer that that koftas absorb the masala and the juices as much as possible.
Can you please write down the names and the amounts of all the products for me please ? Maybe i can get them in our Asian market. Your recepies look so great, thanks for sharing !!!
