This is better if done with cornstarch, and then you should blow the baloon up just a teeny bit and THEN fill it, because then the starch inside gets packed tighter... Hard to explain but yeah it works better!

great video but condoms work alot better than ballons, they are alot more flexible and very hard to break

o yea, make sure the balloons are big enough or else they will be full of air.
