  • Earl, I hope you are doing well. How is the pain? Have you found any relief? Anything better than getting worse is progress. Thanks for the video.

  • I cope thru writing, performing and laughing!

I also discovered my body has a voice so today I listen. I did not know my body has a voice until I was 40 years old! I also discovered that I was suffering from Post Tramatic Stress Disorder due to child hood trauma. Once I started to manage that - my ability to cope with pain increase significantly! Happy to share more! How do you manager yours! Earl

  • i also have SM & a spinal cord tumor & yes, it definitely sucks!! having pain that others could not imagine is challenging to live with, to say the least. blessings to you & all of us who suffer with this horrific illness.

  • It's so hard for all of us suffering with SM to smile while in pain, but listening to your skit can help to ease the pain even for a little while... Thank you.

  • Solid. Nice job Lee.

  • I guess it was kind of funny... I would have thought it was funnier a few years ago, but I too suffer from SM, and it's getting down to the line... good job though! Must feel good to at least talk about it. At the very least, hopefully you've educated a few people...

  • I have SM....This was great! Nice job!

  • I have SM, and had to quit my teaching job, because it had become too painful to correct papers especially when your hand-writing resembles that of a second grader. And I was used too comment on students' papers to improve their hand-writing. I have lost a lot of the strength and dexterity in the fingers of my both hands very gradually, say within the last two years. I have no idea what to expect for the feature. Any hints out there?

  • Nice job Earl! Bring it down to P-Town!!!

  • yes syringomyelia does suck! had surgery for mine in 1990, me I am an officail zipperhead
