What do you think has changed - from the time you were ill to now - that allows you to choose to stop the behaviours before they start, simple awareness or something more?

First off, you're awesome. I'm so glad to hear that even though you had the urges to use symptoms, you didn't! That truly shows how strong you are, and I'm proud! Rub some of your anti-ED power off on me, girl!
Second off, some questions for you! When you had the thoughts of wanting to cut, binge, and purge, what were some things you told yourself that helped you not act on your feelings/emotions in the moment? Also, what do you think contributed to your development of an eating disorder?
