you could have just used your hands there in the middle and saved a lot of time on this video, using fork and a whisk and a wooden spoon to knead bread..prrrr...typical
our group actually did a written research on medieval food. we had to pick easy meals because if we picked complex ones, we wouldn't be able to make them ;]
