i just did it to my self , is a litter bit greezy , but my hair look amazing , let see after 4 day what happen and then a will tell you if its work or not :) ,
i did it to my 7 yr old daughter yesterday it look good , the first day the hair look a litter bit greezy , this morning it was a litter bit less greezy than yesterday, im going to do the iron for her this afternoon , and im going to apply the keratin for me today to , i think is amazing my daughter have a really wavy and frizzy hair and now its not like that ...im going t upload a video about me doing it, i have fine , wavy and frizzy hair so let see if that will help.
@saolareyes - Awesome! I did it for the second time around this past week and I am LOVING it so much! I think it actually turned out better this time around! So happy with the results! :D
It does NOT work!!!! I went out and got this. Its was 15bucks I got the shampoo and conditioner. Did all the steps , washed out my hair and it was still wavy!!!! On top of that it made my baby hairs curly -____- yeah I'm not buying this again
@RuthYajairaFlores - It works great for me. Did you do it just like the instructions say to? Use a really high heat and leave it in for 48 hours? I just did it for the second time and it actually turned out even more amazing this time around. I don't have super curly hair though either, just really wavy and frizzy hair. Do you have really curly hair?
@BillieAMackay - Oh no! I am going to do this again tonight or tomorrow, because it made my hair look SO good. Your hair should look great once you are able to wash it out!
@AlisonsBeautyTalk - Not from what I've heard. From what I've read and seen with my own hair, while the treatment is in your hair, it makes it less wavy and more manageable to work with if you have super curly hair or wavy hair. It also helps with frizz and makes it really shiny. As far as split ends or damage, I don't think that is what a Keratin treatment if for, but I could totally be wrong.
you should try chemically straightening your hair with Extenso by L'oreal. I swear by it, I did it once every year. The treatment is permanent, it stays in your hair until regrowth. I love it! You'll have a wash and go - PERFECT straight smooth hair all the time!
@MakeupFairy13 - If it does, you can always wash it out. You will be able to tell if you like it or not once you blow dry and straighten your hair. If you think you won't like it, wash it out and you should be fine! ;D
@MakeupFairy13 i was sayin the same thing.. but if you read the box and all..its all natural so its all good<3 however last year i got the blow out treatment thingy by garnier..i still havent used it cause of the frightening things ive heard about it! so this is def better to me! how did your come out?
I bought the serum only because of the keratin treatment. I have blonde hair that broke off so I thought this would help repair the protein, but idk when I should wash off the serum or just leave it cause my hair is so damaged
Thanks for your great review :-) Just attempted this but I think I've used too much product.. Will straighten hair again in the morning and throughout the remaining time and just wait out my 48hours and hope for the best!!
@FluffyPomPom - Oh no! How did it work out for you? I think the main reason you don't want to use too much is because you will end up being a greaseball before you are able to wash your hair.
It did work.... YAY!!!!!! Even though I didn't leave it in for the full 48 hours as recommended.. I did look like a greaseball lol so I washed it out 10 hours early as I had a pole class to go to. Will definitely be using this again as I still have at least half of the shampoo and treatment left! Will just be less heavy handed using the treatment next time :) <3 Not bad for £12 which equals £6 for approximately 30 days of good hair!!
@FluffyPomPom - Awesome!!! I love the fact that it is so inexpensive and it's not just a one use. I think since my hair isn't that long, I can actually get 3 uses out of my bottle! Love it!
I did the treatment on my hair. The results were good but not great. It did lighten my hair a little bit, but I was happy about that because I want it a lighter. I have washed & conditioned my hair twice since doing the treatment. After the first wash, I blow dried my hair and used the flat iron, it did cut both the blowing & ironing time in half. Second wash, I let it air dry so I could see how straight it was, it was still coarse and wavy, but not as much. I would do it again!
@TheTampster - Did you use a 400 degree flat iron? Just wondering because it recommends to and I didn't and it lasted about 2 to 3 weeks, which I was hoping for more. It's definitely something that is not long term, but definitely TONS cheaper than going to the salon to get it done!
I used my iron at 410 degrees. It gets very hot & trying to hold pieces of your hair to do sections is a little difficult because your fingers get hot. Next time, I will have a friend help me with the ironing. :)

Your video was great, thanks. I wish, however you would have shown a picture of your hair before the treatment. I was wondering how curly or wavy your hair was before.
@TheTampster - Darn, I totally didn't even think of it. If you go back and look at the video, I do show a picture of how my hair is after blow dried with the treatment in. It is a little bit wavier and just as frizzy without the treatment if that helps any!
@LoveSenseDimension - I recommend that you either do a test strand or ask your hairstylist what they think. I have also heard that it will make you hair lighter. I think it's not good for blondes, but that is just what I've heard.
I just bought this product and it's funny but I alway read the directions then go straight to Youtube! I LOVE your review and you got me wicked excited! Thank you!
Yes and it doesn't weight down my hair at all, makes it straight and shiny too. I have the three day straight but I don't really like it but I'll use it at some point again, spent 10$ on it lol. But deff try it out. It dries faster than any of my other spray heat protectors and if I spray alot by accident, it doesn't look oily at all.. I absolutely love it lol
i have just the flat iron spray and it works ALMOST as good as my other straightening cream/product from sallys. i love the spray and it smells awesome =) i just did a small review on it myself lol
@mami11420 - Really? I may just have to pick that one up. I am currently using the John Frieda 3 day straight, but it makes my hair look dull. I want something that will make it look shiny and healthy.
would the system still be effective if i just air dried my hair then flat iron to seal the product.....blow drying n flat iron will really dry out my hair :(
@iloovefluffy - I'm not really sure. I just know the instructions say to blow dry and then straighten, so maybe the blow -dryer plays into the whole keeping it straight deal. This stuff is really moisturizing to your hair.
@LavNglam - Mine turned out just fine after sleeping and I sleep like a crazy woman! If you do end up getting any crinkles in your hair, you can just take the flat iron to it again and straighten it back up. The treatment is still in the hair, so it will still work to maintain the straightness as long as it is straightened before you wash it again.
@shyn1ngst4r - I would say for about 2 1/2 weeks, my hair looked AMAZING, then the following weeks you could tell it was starting to fade away, but it did last for the full 30 days as far as making it look less frizzy and wavy natural.
@noregretzjustlove - I talk about this in the video and I would say to check with your hair stylist if you have chemically dyed hair. If you don't and you are still concerned, I would do a patch test on a strand of hair to see if it changes color! :D
I think the reason why it looks lighter is because shiny, smooth hair refracts light better, making it look shiny. Course, kinky, dry hair does not. By the way, loved the video!! Your eye makeup was amazing!! :)
@tylerjfrost92 - Thank you so much for letting me know. Makes perfect sense. Thank you so much! I have a tutorial on it if you want to see it. It's called sunset is my inspiration! :D
@icecreamyay1 - It didn't lighten my hair at all, while it seemed like it did because it was a lot straighter. Scan through the comments and you will see that someone has explained to me why you hair may look lighter.
@MsBlueyes5 - I am so jealous! That is awesome though. I think I need to do mine next time with a higher heat to my straightener. Maybe it would work out better for me and I would be able to do that too! :D
Thank you so much for telling us the directions/how to; I thought it was really a complicated business, but I'm more convinced that it will be an easy process!
The name Organix is kind of a bad name for this because I looked at the ingredient list and there is some harsh stuff in there including a formaldehyde-like ingredient that can be very harmful if it's absorbed into your skin, and another that's known to be a severe allergen. It's also known to make blonde hair extremely brassy. I'll pass, but thanks for a great review :)
@yobi8 - Oh, no. I didn't even realize that. I did hear about it turning dyed hair a different color, but didn't know about naturally light hair. Thanks so much for letting me know!
@coookieeex27 - Of course! It works on any length of hair. You will probably just use up all of the product. I still have a ton left, so I can do it again next month with the same bottle.
Your hair looks amazing, I will have to research because i color my grays every 2 to 3 months. But my hair does the same thing than yours. I don't even bother to do it on summer too. Please do a tutorial on your eyes look!!!
@37divacici - Definitely research it or ask your sylist if they think it would be okay to do. I think you would be fine because your hair is dark. I think it's more for blondes that would need to worry, but you can never be too careful. Oh, and I have the tutorial up now! :D
ok now i wanna get this... thanks so much for the review ... i wanna do this to my hair before i donate it ..so its in ultimate better condition :) xoxoxo
@kikilovesmakeup6 - You are such a sweet and amazing girl! Your hair is SO long and you are doing such an amazing thing. I love that. I donated my hair once and it felt so good. I would have done it more, but it was never long enough. I think it's so amazing that you put all of the vanity aside and do this to help out. :D
do you have a tutorial on this eye look... if you don't you need to do one cuz its georgous!!... i do notice a big difference in your hair... it looks beautiful!!
The only way I know of to get your hair completely straightened so it is pin straight when you get out of the shower is Japanese straightening. It is very expensive but your hair will be pin straight until it grows out. I have had this done twice but have since learned to love my curly hair.
@mspotseppi - I think I have heard of that. How much is it? My daughter has curly hair and it's beautiful. I think I might be okay if I had curly hair, but I just can't stand my waves and the fact that it is so darn poofy. Oh well. This is working for now and it's amazing. My hair feels so wonderful!
Your so pretty!
