@SuperMilesaway bakit under the table dealings? i bought a property at Portofino Alabang (Villar's another subdivision). wala namang problem sa transfer ng title. i bought it in 2003 too pero last 2009 lang namin inasikaso ang transfer of title para sila muna magbayad ng property tax. it only took 3 months at nasa amin na ang title. as of now binabayaran na lang namin ang home owners fee quarterly.

@sk8freak123 okay lng nmn ung nabili ko, kaya lng ung paper work is sucks! akalain mong nagkaron ako ng titulo ng di dumadaan sa BIR, how could it be done except for under the table dealings, kay ngyon hirap akong magtransfer ng tax declaration sa name kc kelangn ng CAR from BIR and the Camella office were not helpful at all. lagi nlng follow up, i bought my house in 2003 cash on the spot and yet til now the paper work is not yet complete haist... :(
