@thewarherohw If the wall paper is stuck on really good then it is ok to texture over it. If it isn't and there are spots where it is loose then you will have to take the wall paper off before applying the texture. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
I have a wall that has had some patchwork done and need to retexture it. The texture on the wall is orangepeel. My question is can I retexture over the orangepeel texture with your method ?
