no its not like baja where ur given a brigs and tol to deal with it lol. the rules in formula state "at least this year" that u must have an engine smaller then 610cc being a four stroke piston engine and breath through a 20mm restrictor if on gas....19mm on ethanol i think...and if engine is designed to e a turbo or super charger u cant use the turbo if not then u are allowed
