strange.. if your terrestrial (aerial picture) is ok then im guessing its your box which you'll just have to replace, but try a software download first and you can also try wiping the box memory clean, as for the lines thats your camera its to prevent piracy
try unplugging, then plugging back in whilst holding down the back up button until all four lights come on, itll then do a firmware update which means that the sky guide should be refreshed
This is just a glitch that sometimes happens, usually when you flick about quite quickly. Basically, it somehow replaces your Sky Guide background with a still image of the last thing that was on screen whilst you were watching a channel. It'll go back to normal if you unplug the box.
yes, the lines going up are the effect of putting a camcorder against the tv, but why is the 'mark' making them go behind it???? Those are not the tv, the camcorder, so it is 100% edited
Hi Aytechtogo, I guess I'm not going to convince you one way or another that this was just there and not in any way edited. But from comments on Digiforum and Digital Spy I'm not the only one to get these.
