If certain people had done their homework in advance . . . .they'd know that belly dancing is in NO way meant to be sexual or provacative (it's a folk dance for sobbing out loud. . .) the "sexiness" of belly dancing was only started after Westerners in the 20th century first saw it, and got the wrong idea (as usual) As a matter of fact, belly dancing in the Middle East is alot like ballet or tap dance is in the West, people usually start when they're very young. It's an ancient art form.
