  • In July last year, I was fortunate to be invited on a tour with MIPO staffers from Bowen Hills to Shaftston Ave.

    We were told the tunnel's road surface would be sealed with asphalt to ensure the road surface lasted the concession period.

    Fast forward to your video in Feb and looks like that idea was changed, why so?
