@414Gianna thats an incubator, it keeps the eggs warm so the ducklings can hatch, like when the mother duck sits on the eggs to warm them...same principle.
I remember as a kid I grew up around ducks as a kid my father worked for a duck company in the L.A area. It brings me great memory's as a child ha ha ha :D
