  • 5 people are jerk offs.

  • I can't ever see this movie without thinking about that Family Guy episode where the Dreams May Come DVD on the shelf starts singing, LOL.

  • It is literally impossible for me to watch this scene with out crying I think...

  • @AllThatMakesUsHuman4 I have always said that about finding a man. I have tried to show this to dates, but noone ever gets it like I do.

  • For years I've been a Robin Williams fan..and I just saw this movie...it is by far one of his most intense and magical characters.

  • IM SORRY RHONDA FOR EVERYTIME I FAILED YOU, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE.

    ALWAYS, JOHN

  • Chris Nielsen: I forgive you.

Annie Nielsen: For killing my children and my sweet husband?

Chris Nielsen: For being so wonderful a guy would choose hell over heaven just to be around you.

  • The most heart wrenching scene in the most heart wrenching movie ever made

  • nothing hurts worse than losing a loved one...

  • This movie was to me what the bible was to some people, it changed my life.

  • @AllThatMakesUsHuman4 ..good luck my friend in finding your soulmate...they are elusive...........

  • This movie makes me sick to my stomach... not in a negative way... but the RAW emotion of love...

  • Very powerful and emotional film. All actors deserve oscars for this film. I've watched this film hundreds of times and I can't get enough of it. 10 out of 10 film. Ray fae Dundee.

  • Is that really the ending

  • I apologise for everytime I failed you..........especially this one

  • how hard is it when you look deep in the eyes of the person you love most and hurt the most,,try to reason why you ruined the very thing you once promised to keep and flourish

  • A good movie to watch alone too!

  • "don't give up, okay?"

  • actually, no life even comes close

  • @sulimander you did?

please i have to talk to you!

  • I had a near-death experience. No movie even comes close.

  • no rational argument for energy? really? so all of the great physicists of the world are wrong, i guess. interesting viewpoint.

  • Is #1 on my list

#2 is a walk in the clouds

    #3 is the notebook

    #4 a walk to remember

    #5 life is beautiful

  • Lol I came here because of Family Guy episode.

  • My dad is in the army, and his friend who is ALSO in the army recommended it to ME of all people. Does he think I care about drama junk? Yes he does. And I'M (//_^)

  • @GamingAddict820 That's only because you don't get it. I've seen everything that Williams has ever done and this is his best movie by a very, very wide margin. Annabella was a standout. Her performance even eclipsed that of Williams. It's what Kubrik wishes he had made with Eyes wide shut.

  • @zapkvr Haha, sorry but that was last year I made that comment, and I dont realy care anymore. Anyway sorry, but everyone has there oppinion about things.

  • id go thru hell, meet u in hell, and join u, and id bring u back again, for u... i would....

  • I don't believe in an afterlife or many of the concepts this movie portrays. But the story, the images, the acting, the emotion makes me cry with sadness and joy. To me, this is one of the best love stories I have ever seen. I'm grateful to all involved in making it.

  • @kiludude I have a question, like to people who don't believe in an afterlife does that means you don't believe in a soul or a type of energy in the body?

  • @TheCatsLastWord No I don't. I think it's a very human reflex to think we (humans) are something more than a fly or a worm, just because we have a highly evolved brain and can make this kind of reasoning, but it's a wrong one imho. While the thought is hopeful and a good source for cultural entertainment, to me there's no rational argument that can be made to believe in anything like a soul or energy.

  • @kiludude Okay, just wondering.

  • @kiludude Of course there is no rational argument for a soul. It is only the leftover bits of the brain which are searching to make sense out of nothing that "created" the soul in the first place. We know a lot more about humans come into being than the writers of some ancient jewish fables. We have mapped the humaan genome. Most DNA is junk. You want my opinion, we will never know why the brain creates these stories. And you know what else, it really doesn't matter.

  • @TheCatsLastWord The only energy in the body is there because you take it in from the outside whether it is from the sun or from food or from some other mechanical form. There is no such thing as the "soul" That is just humanity's way of coping with his existential nothingness. Don't take my word for it. You'll find out when you die. Or more likely not since you will simply cease to be.

  • @zapkvr My comment wasn't to you, so I don't know why you feel the need to respond to me...

  • @TheCatsLastWord I do not mean to intrude, but I do feel and sometimes see visions of a place so far but yet so close..I know I will live again after this life as ended..I know I will see my loved ones.even my beloved dogs..animals are no less soulful then we are..sometimes they are more soulful.....

  • @DramaDon83 Nah you're fine. I always just wondered in people who don't believe in an afterlife feel about the idea of energy not being created or destroyed, because I feel our energy has to go somewhere when we die.

  • who was the Douche lord that press the dislike button....

  • @TheKcin1 Freedom of speech isn't only for those who agree with you.

  • @TheKcin1

The 4 people that hit dislike are probably ignorant to the fact that life throws you a curve ball from time to time...this is a great scene and Williams had a hell of a one, two with Good Will Hunting followed by this. Such a beautiful film...

  • @TheKcin1 me ;-) over and over and over

  • I saw this movie when i was 7 im 20 now and it's one of my favorite movies, i would go through that for someone i love.

  • @Blacc9009 Damn, me too! this movie is phenomenal.

  • I saw this movie yesterday for the first time and I was impressed! Robin Williams was so awesome and convincing in his role! Frankly speaking, I cried! This movie is so emotional! I simply love it! And I think, that there are such things as the Afterlife! Definitely!

  • lmao Family guy sent me here

  • I love the title of this movie for some reason. Same with Gone With The Wind.

  • especially sad scene - really can get under your skin

  • i really want the part after this to be included.

  • amazing movie..........

  • Ditto to almost all of these comments. It brought me to a place where i could not bring her back. Maybe second guessing myself and thinking I didnt try hard enough or just failed miserably. my eyes still well up and the dry lump in my throat comes back as i watch this. :(

  • i love this movie...and robin williams is a wonderful dramatic actor. he can be so funny, then turn around and make you cry like this! i love that man!

  • by far this is one of the best movies i ever seen, my favorite of all time

  • I read the original book around 30yrs ago written by a medium the film and the new book all beit good have no relationship to the original which changed my views and guided my soul into the belief of the after life and as nothing to do with God, religion or biased beliefs in worship, which causes most of the problems. The universe will provide all our needs in life and in death.

  • today's kinda a "d" day..

  • I have yet to see a decent movie adapted from a Matheson story. Hollywood just can't get it right.

  • this movie makes me want to give up

  • Thank you, this movie makes me not want to give up.

  • The book is not an exceptional book. The film is an exceptional movie. So fuck you.

  • Well, I feel there are probably many who feel as you do about the movie, and many who feel as I do about the book (who prefer the book).....including the author himself......but I didn't stoop to insulting anyone in particular when I expressed my preference for the book....but you seem to find that necessary.....well, okay......with this I leave you........vas te faire enculi.

  • So stooping to the level of insulting is bad, but stooping to the level of arrogance is fine? Damare konoyarou. Funya chin.

  • ROTFLMAO

  • LOL. No hard feelings, mate. Have a good one.

  • Your exceptional, you greasy salamander fuck.

  • @laqtor I'm not Italian.

  • the special affects are amazing in this movie. how they made Heaven look, is just amazing. The colors of the flowers, and the texture of the water........Amazing. And the way they made hell look was very "hellish". Sorry, couldn't think of a better word.

  • I was checking how it can be. This movie is very interesting and scenes, time, everything is mixed. That's why it is difficult to notice that he should be dead, when they are talking in hospital. She left alone after car crash and his husband death. And even wanted to kill her self. If I understood correct.

  • i think i lost my soulmate.... =[

  • You will never know how much your husband really loves you until there comes a time to prove it. I wish my husband could love me like this.

  • my mom loved this movie---

before she passed away from cancer she signed her name on it----

i grew to love the film as well----

time to time i rub my hand across were

    she signed her name---------jm

  • This movie is so deep and so real. I cry every time I watch it.

  • amazing film n a very moving scene! we really dont know what we have till its gone! memories fade over time, but real love really does last forever, and i believe we take it with us when we die!

  • I wish all people could love each other this way and appreciate their soulmates during their lifetime.

  • You have to watch the whole film to understand this piece of the film TwistedTadpole???, maybe once you have actually watched this amazing, wonderfull film from start to finish you would understand it better dopey???? Watch the film then put your comments here.

  • Robin Williams plays a husband to the woman he's talking to, they're soulmates. In the film, both his children die in a car crash, and then he dies when trying to help someone and a car flips and kills him. He reunites with his children then his wife commits suicide and he goes to hell to find her and if he doesn't leave in a few moments, he'll forget why he's there and stay in hell with her unless he gets her to remember.

  • It's one of the most beautiful films ever made. There are so many... true elements here that it cannot help, but touch and move you in every way posible

  • This is an amazing film. "What is true in our minds is true"
