  • ...it's too bad just anyone can make a you tube video.

  • I am 18 and i about to hopefully get a bike and you helped me a lot thank you so much.but i still have some questions.

  • Too much talking but little useful information, mate...

  • More great information. I did not know the chains need to be oiled? Good to know. On to part 3...

  • great video man

  • you are really cool. im 16yrs old and i plan on buying a 2007 klx250 and you just helped me alot. thank you.

  • i am 14 i am gonna buy a KLX140l

  • playing with things ay ;) lol

  • Enjoyed yr bike tutorial so much! I'm a 1st time biker to be, and soon be getting my Yamaha Virago 535. Man! You really talk about riding your bike like a rider talks to his horse!! Makes your bike alive. That's cool!! Thanks so much

  • If you would be braking from a high speed, and downshifting from, say, 4th gear, do you have to release and re-pull the clutch for every gear (to let the engine catch up, I presume), or can you simply hold the clutch until you've clicked down to first?

    Thanks. (Great vids, btw!)

  • Hey Thanks for the Hit! Oh wait this isn't livevideo. Oh Hey Thanks for the Stars! DOWN SHIFTING! I would recomend one to two gears at a time for road riding. A good operators manual will warn you against downshifting that makes the bike rev over 5k rpm. But it's all based on the BIKE! Can cause skiding!

  • Very nice video man. One of the few I have seen who's accurate and informative. Most people never mention the chain was surprised to be honest. Nice work and keep it rubber side down.

  • It's a machine and a clean well oiled machine last years longer. Thanks for commenting.

  • hey are all your gears down, cause i have a super pocket bike and it's up for 1st and down for 2nd thru 4th

  • Pritty sure I said it. All gear patterns are diffrent. The most common is 1 down 4 up. Meaning : tap down until it doesn't seem to be switching gears any more. Note- rocking the bike forward and back and slipping the clutch a tiny bit while down shifting to first, can help prevent gear binding. then you have 4 up(or more) which means each click up is a higher gear. BUT SOME it's a very diffrent pattern. see owners manual.

  • nice video, your good at teaching

  • yo ur funny check out my video of harley burnout

  • OK, 8-) Way not?

  • haha nice setting, pretty funny. but a good video

  • thanks

  • tell Mr Wonderful that i am a Subscribe

love he video but he is a Evil Doll

  • i dont like Mr Wonderful he is evil doll

  • He is the spawn of Chucky. He told me he loves you.

  • that easy pull the clutch tap down thank for info

  • how do you gear down from 6 to 5 and rest

  • pull in the clutch and tap down on the shifter and ease out on the clutch. Remember to release the throttle when ya pull in the clutch and stuff.

  • you sound like krist from nirvana

  • Aww..this guy owns

  • I don't know how Mr Wonderful does it. He gets all the chicks. Stupid Doll!

  • lol people are crazy

  • lol theres people looking at me

  • "its playing with things, you know, that will teach you what things do" ......lol

  • Oh and how true that is.

  • i forgot to say im short 5-5

  • Short, Well, We have friends that ride that are 5'2" on GSXR 1000 2005s and they seem to ride ok with one tippy toe on the grond at lights. You do have to plan ahead. Another option for you might be lower the bike and streching it.

  • i just got a 1987 honda 600 and i learned on my own on my block and the only problem i have is on hills my drive way has a slop and ive droped my bike do you have any pointers thanks man

  • Maybe if you have a place in town where bikes hang out somebody has a streched and lowered one you might sit on for a minute. Other then that a cruiser normaly has a very low seat. I would think you could get DOG bones for a sport bike though. DO a search for Lowering kits on ebay.

  • what are dog bones, I've looked in to lowing kits but the bike is to old and they dont have any thing to lower that bike, I looking at 2006 cbr 1000 im looking to go bigger on horse power i have about 40 hours on 600 and that is the only concern is hills and slops

  • Well, I guess with this bike you can't lower it with out taking it to a special modification shop. The next bike you get should have the ability to lower at less cost if you choose the right one. (Note: youtube really sucks cause I can't write a serious reply with this crapy limited space) livevideo(dot)com

  • dude thats not a motor scooter...thats a beast!! lol zx12!!

  • Well, You could call it that but my friend has a 2001 Hyabusa that's Turbo Charged with 500Whp. That's a beast! When he hits the gas it looks like a cartoon takin g off it's so freeking fast. Burns the rear tire off like a crayon!

  • damn thats sounds powerful! Do you have any mods on your bike?

  • nope, just not nessary for what I want to use it for. And if you want a clue about how to have a nice bike that requires little maintenance and money, don't modify it at all. It will not only last longer but be a nice bike longer. provideing you do the proper maint and take care of it.

  • hey. ive been lately getting into motorcycles after riding dirtbikes for a few years, which i think are pretty similair. i was thinking of getting a 2005 or 2006 ducati 749 do you think 749cc is too much for a beginner?

  • That's funny, 8-) Dupre'!
