  • How tall are you?? :D

    great vid btw

  • Dude, that was highly informative.. thanks a lot, bud :) cheers !

  • what does bs mean

  • @JoeFoShow95 Bullshit my friend, Bullshit.

  • @chelsea1156 haha i know im just fucking around

  • BS ALERT AT 3:10 you cant gain 10lbs of muscle in 6 months

  • @garysquirrelreviews Well everyone is different. I mean look at the guys in prison, right? There all freaken yoked. He said 5-10 pounds.

  • I respectfully DISAGREE: during the last 12 weeks I have lost about 3 kg of fat and gained about 1.5 kg of lean mass.

I lift weights and then do 30 min of mid-intensity cardio every day (6 days a week).

Also, everyday I eat about a 10% calorie reduction below my TDEE, but make sure I eat at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day, equally divided in 5 meals. My scale has impedance Fat% measurement but I also use a skin-fold caliper for better accuracy.

No BS, no opinion, actual FACTS!

  • @GeneticXY I totally agree with you. When I went from 240 down to 190 (i'm 6'3") in one high school semester, i ONLY DID WEIGHTLIFTING. i was naturally a sprinter but have bad knees. like i said, i only lifted weights (5 days/week) and consumed a couple protein shakes a day (not nearly 1g per lb) but still lost all that weight and gained mass!

    Straight up fact.

  • Hey dude, do you need fat to build muscle? plz relply thanks :)

  • @BadManFifi NO.

  • thanks for the valuable advice...much appreciated

  • You talk about losing the fat first, then bulking up. However, can you also bulk up first, then lose the fat as well?

  • Great tips man - I decided to get in shape this summer. just got a kick ass free trial of muscle warfare. Has anyone heard of it? i got 2 weeks worth free and i feel alot stronger, my friends also said i look bigger! cant wait till week 4 - check it out bit.ly\Muscle-Warfare-Trial the trial should still be on

  • such awesome advice man.

  • @BaljitSaini not really...

  • Thank you ! currently i was 160kilo now currently 84 kilos my height is 178.8 and my fat is 21% i'v joined a gym this is my 2nd month taht am in when i first i couldnt even lift 2.5KG kilo XD XD now i can lift more but i want to ask can i eat alot and go the gym lift weights and what then after it do alot of cardio on the same and like doing it everyday ?

  • @MrSalue list weights 3 times a week and do the SPARTAN 2.0 workout 3 days a week. you will build a ton of muscle and lose a ton of weight. Stick to a high protein, fresh produce diet and eat/drink complex carbs on your cardio days.

This guy has been either miseducated, misinformed, or he just straight up doesn't know what he's saying. That my friend, is a fact.

  • bullshit

  • Morice, doesn't muscle burn fat?

  • @silverhalo22 yes it does, this guy has seriously been mis-informed.

  • i realized in these couple of month that managing time can really make a difference. Anyways if your intersed and your a good presenter maybe you could help me to make these kind of tutorials on how to manage time like a pro... :) see my featured video to know what iam talking about... hoping to hear from you soon. :) best regards, Saleh

  • Big ups from PTA!

  • so what exercises do you reccommend to lose weight and getting ripped

  • Type MYPRIZE instead of YOU in youtube and hit enter

  • I believe the main reason that bodybuilders bulk and rip, as that is where it came from, if that it is unhealthy to have body fat at the low levels that most compete at.

  • You make some good points especially about the ripped part. Now look at this, the act of lifting weights does not in it self build muscle. It is the recovery after the workout. All lifting does is tell them to grow, they will then need protein to actually build. So protein is the limiting factor if the muscle is full stimulated. Protein does turn to fat easily if at all (Akins Diet is based on this). So high protein low fat = defined muscle growth.

  • please do a video about vertical jump

sorry for my inglish im from mexico

  • @themasterofcarlos117 I will see what I can do but sports spesific training is not really what we do here. What sport are you playing?

  • @moricestreet909 i play basketball

sorry i dont know that you only do this for exercise and be beter in 6 pack jaja but thanks

  • @moricestreet909 sorry i forget to say

    i ove your videos

  • I like the 6 minute couch workout

  • @razaviknows that's wat I was looking for bro :)

  • For a moment he sounded south African

  • @moricestreet909 Hi, When i'm in the '''losing fat'' period, should i work out a little or just as much as i do in my ''muscle gain'' period, or should I just not workout at all? Thanks for the vid btw

  • Strange accent. I can't tell if he's English, austrailian, Canadian or European

  • @ilovetodrinkblood South-African :)

  • @ilovetodrinkblood haha canadian?? we sound nothing like that haha. if you've ever seen any hollywood movie or a californian talk, that's how we sound (whether that's good or bad haha)

  • Your videos are top notch, and I like how they come out more frequent than other people that give good advice on here like Scooby and Elliot.

  • @MaicoMoon Thanks! We try and bring out stuff on a weekly basis!

  • hey peter I do some of your exercises and they working out thx :D but just a question, can you make a video about what to eat to get muscles? i mean to increase weight, also if laters you can make a back/chest advanced workout, ty (:

  • this guy is great !!!!! thank you for all your informations.

  • @12StepJiG No problem

  • I just need a bite of motivation, I'm not sure how or why, but with this video I got it

  • hey peter can i do jump rope in the morning for cardio to lose fat

and do pushups and chinups workout to gain muscle every other day?

will that make me gain muscle and lose fat at the same time?

  • Hey Peter this is wat I ment

    Bulking up

    Positive: strong and big

Negative: don't get the girls more often than begin ripped (lol)

    Getting ripped

    Positive: look more muscular

    Negatives: not big and strong

So peter that was a random example

So can u tell me ur personal opinion

    Thanks! =D

  • He talks like the mayor from Simpsons

  • Hey Peter can u please tell me and I want ur personal opinion to this question.

can u give me some positives and negatives for bulking up and getting ripped

    Once again thanks! :)

  • @huy20102010 What do you mean by + & - to bulking up and getting ripped?

  • @huy20102010 what the fuck kind of a question is that. i dont normally talk to strangers like that but seriously who the hell would ask that question? negative of bulking up? i dont know maybe if your too big you cant wipe your ass..hows that?

  • hey peter im a thin person, very i think, what do i need to get muscles and at the same time get more weight? thank you :)

  • @rekebowling300 Get more muscle is all you care about, NOT weight. Weight can be water or fat and all that rubbish. So if you skinny then focus on adding some muscle

  • @moricestreet909 ooh ok tahnk you so much peter :D so you mean like doing all my exercises normally so i'lll be getting also weight at the same time? thank you!!!

  • @rekebowling300 eat ALOT. and i mean ALOT

  • can you lose weight and gain muscle if you run a mile everyday and work out every other day??

great video too really help on what i should do in the summer

  • @1vinze1 Depends what workouts you do and as the video said, what you eat.

  • this guy is simply GOD !!!!!!!!!!

  • @anthis1000 Thanks, but I am no GOD, I just try and do my bit to help people get ripped and enjoy life more becuase that is what it's all about, enjoying life to the fullest in a great body!

  • so i go to the gym , mon-fri, u know weight training, chest, legs, back etc.

And do cardio 2-3 times on the elliptical about 20 min. And the other days, for cardio I'll do burpees, leg raises (running in the same place) and mountain climbers, like 30 sec each, 30 sec rest, all this for 2 sets (because cant finish the 3)(problem with cardio, cant run, flat feet , f'ed up bones)

My goal being having a good 6 pack, toned muscles, not big

So by now watching this video, question is Am I doing right?

  • @lukesacreds Im kinda of doing the same thing, now I'm also wondering whether I'm doing it the right way as well.

  • @lukesacreds Sounds like doing ok. Obviously I can't tell you 100% as I don't know your workouts inside out. But remember, all you just spoke about was your workouts. What you eat will determine 70% of what your results will be. So if you do the workouts above as you mentioned and you eat to get ripped then you will get 6 pack abs and have a toned body. If you eat to bulk up then you will add some muscle but you might move further away from your 6 pack goal.

  • @moricestreet909 Thanks a lot. Looking forward tp ur videos.

LOL, by the time i received the email/reply , I was doing my cardio workout, anyway thanks

  • What if your already skinny, do you still have to burn fat or calories?

  • @iCaNtThiNKofaNAME411 Well if you are skinny then building some muscle might be more importnat for you.

  • great vid! very informative! thank you!

  • @DelthePrez No problem thanks!

  • this all made total sense. good video! :)

  • @ThatZevGuy Thanks

  • Haha Peter u made a video of way I just needed lol hahaha

    Awesome vid mate! =D

  • @huy20102010 Thanks :)

  • i have a little bit of fat on the stomach and alwasy thought that buidling muscle and losing fat is possible at the sam time but now i see it is not... now all im gunna do is cardio thank you very much and then once ive gotten to where i like ill do bulking up. This will help me with ur 6 week 6 pack challenge.

  • from what i've heard it is possible to do both exactly at the same time, as it depends on what the calories you consume are from. for example you could have a caloric defecit but the calories you DO eat are primarily from lean mear, therefore you get the protein to build muscle, but consume less fat and carbs to help lose the fat.

  • @simsohi * but by doing both at the same time, they will never be as effective as doing one or the other :) ... at the moment im trying to bulk a bit ( im 16) and then plan to cut just before summer holidays to get me looking nice and ripped :D im currently ripped-ish and slowly getting more muscle :) thanks peter!

  • @simsohi Sounds good, I would like to see in reality though. I know in theory it sounds like it can be done but I will be dam near impossible to do this in real life. I am not arguing with you, I am just saying I know many have tried to do this and almost all have failed. More importantly your results will minimal and coming at a very slow rate. I love debating stuff like this anyway! And I love hearing what people have to say about anything fitness and looking at the proof and investigating it.

  • @moricestreet909 yeah, i would imagine it would be very slow, compared to focusing on one or the other. which is why for now im trying to bulk for a few months, then cut just before summer to get nice and ripped :)

  • thanks for the info peter

  • @tharipsta99 Cheers!

  • That was wonderful information.; Thank you!

  • @DestinyRoxx No problem

  • what do you mean by "if you have fat get ripped first" ?

  • @pistons2112 I mean if you have a lot of fat to lose, then work on losing fat first before you start building muscle. But you can star building muscle first as well. It all depends what your goal is and how much time you have.

  • @moricestreet909 but doesnt building muscle keep your metabolism high?

  • @pistons2112 Sure, that is why it can sometimes be better if you have let's say 6 months to first build some muscle and then focus on getting ripped as the extra muscle will help you burn fat faster. But to GET that extra muscle you need to take in extra cals!

  • @moricestreet909 really my goal is to lose a few pounds get a six pack and have a little definition in my muscles i already have..should i do weight training or cardio?

  • @pistons2112 Both!

  • @moricestreet909 so if i start doing a month to get rid of fat during that month do i still lift weights during that month?

  • @enbozeled Yes, you always lift weights otherwise you will definitely lose muscle as well.

  • Where exactly are you from? The UK?

  • @XCdaWOODS Now yes, SA before.

  • @moricestreet909 i made a nice ab but i remain with a layer of fat i think it is ,and i work but i can't get lose of that layer, please tell me something ,an advice anything

  • @MuhachevMaxim Thanks. Nobody can tell you how long it will take. There are to many Variables.

  • Peter, wearing Nike??? Adidas contract got over???

  • @Ratzzak lol, More like I am trying out new brans in the hope that one will see it and sponsor me! I might have to try Reebok next as neither Nike or Addidas has rung me yet!!!!! :)

  • He's wearing nike and not adidas anymore hahaha

  • @xiaob0yb0yy :) I am just seeing if you are taking any notice of my videos !

  • Perfect! I have always wondered about this for quite a long time and has kept me confused on what I wanted to do, and has had me at a stand still with my physique. I always wanted both because I'm a tall lean person but now that I know, I'm able to focus on one aspect. Thanks!

  • @UN1QU3sounds Np!

  • @moricestreet909 And if i follow the 6 weeks 6 pack abs routines, can i build muscles WITHOUT losing weight?'Cause i don't wanna become even skinnier than i am now:D.

  • @TheIndustrialGiant Nope the 6WeekSxPack is about losing fat without losing muscle.

  • @moricestreet909 Hmm, i builded my abs muscles following your workouts, now i just only have to define them, they were defined in the winter but i stoped doing excercises...how can i define them without becoming too skinny?

  • @TheIndustrialGiant Eat right and get onto the 6WeekSixPack challenge!

  • thx you very helpful

  • @26DeislerFCB Np, thanks!

  • Make a new six pack guide ;)

    already have 4 pack;)

  • hey Im getting pretty bulked up now and i want to trim down quick for the summer would you consider making a video showing us some trimming down meals/diet plan with some very effective training routines for trimming down. thanks keep the vids coming

  • @BonMrK You could just follow my FREE 6WeekSixPack Plan. I will look into doing eating to get lean in the next few weeks.

  • This is so wrong! i've lost fat and gained a lot of muscle. The surplus calories are not necessary to gain muscle, it just makes it easier

  • @shadowsin500 Really? So how do you build a new house without bricks? You need extra cals and protien to add muscle.

  • @shadowsin500 It's extremely hard unless you are very overweight to begin with

  • LOL I just now understood what BS means :D

  • @Dudix2009 lol

  • thanks for the Info... just 1 cuestion, i not fat, but a have some belly, and i have man boobs, can a take %100 Whey Protein to get muscle faster, but i dont want to get weight! or what do you recomend me?

  • @NuncaDejesDeGrabar2 me too. plz help
