Anyways it's called a double standard and it exists because it's real.
Oh and on the Redneck thing, that's more of a working class/country thing (and there for not really offensive), then a white thing.

yes, they are real words in Cantonese. there are many different meanings for both but here are some common ones. The meanings depend on tone and context. These romanizations are using the Yale system for Cantonese. I prefer the Hong Kong radio romanization system but I can't find a reference for them online.
