This is the type of music which makes people live in peace. Very soothing & nice music. I eagerly await the resurrection of these great musicians. Shall we ever get music of this quality anymore? Let's endeavour to preserve these songs for the new generation.
My word!!!! Africa music at its very best!!! Thanks guys for gracing our planet and bringing such musical talent to its shores . RIP guys, God Bless xxx
pmbalele these are the works of none other than the king of rumba franco himself unselfishly trained them boys madilu and other boys namely malage kanda and all the like. franco was their head teaccher with 18 kids one boy rest girls.GIANTS OF THE GIANTS.You can not equate Franco even with Jackson.l have listening to this music wen l was 7 now am 44 yrs old

Madilu,tu restes 1 idole pr moi,u was simply the best.Mon neuveu a presque ttes chansons ds son repertoire et chaque fois ke je lui rends visite je suis sur 1 nuage en ecoutant ta voix.Fan depuis berlin et du Cameroun
Many a time did i wish that i could understand what he was singing. But in hindsight, he and the other great DRC musicians who in my book are Franco and Simaro touched my soul with their music. Thats all that matters.
There's greatness in simplicity. This song is built on three primary chords. However, the way these are used to offer an accompaniment to a narrative of such human concern is at the root of genius. This music will live forever.
It is hard to take the fact that these guys have exited the stage for all time. This is Afropop at all its best, glory and purest. We are witness to greatness in Africa's music!
when you've listened to too much western music and then listen to this music you experience a classic art of music that transcend you into a slow African lane life, before the begining of time. Where everything is supposed to b cool.
How True! This giants I just can't 'know' who has the sweeter voice. They are exceptional. But Franco.! my dear that verse was heavenly delivererd. You know Madilu strongest is vocals but here Franco excels openly. r.ip. both of you. Young people what a pity you just listen to mechanical musicians made by American or Whatever copy that IDOL. This are the musicians who were BORN to do IT.
Let nobody correct my 'this' realised just now. lol whisky am drinking. ha ha. I know it should be 'these' in both instances. Still my comments stand. Shame on you '.........xxxxnncncn IDOL' and other mechanical producing musicians programs. Musicians should be naturally born. I believe. Then and only then can you JUST

Wait a minute-this is a 60's rhythm. I cannot remember who sang this song first. May be Franco. A lot of East African musicians copied this rhythm.
