@ccallheart My sister posted this video obviously years ago and I forgot about it until just a couple months ago-blown away by the number of views.

My parents had to put Em to rest this morning at the ripe doggie age of 16, so needless to say a very sad day for us. Very thankful to have this video as our family and friends all knew him by his howl. He was a wonderful member of our family and will be truly missed.

My labrador, Toby will ONLY howl when watching Emmit do it. I've tried (at last count) about 20 different videos, but I happened to notice that he perked his ears when watching other dogs howl, but to my surprise started howling himself when watching this video! AWESOME!

lol My Beagle (RIP Bailey) would do that howling when I put her in the car at take her to the vet. She was fine until we got to a certain intersection right before the turn into the vet's driveway and she'd start with that crazy howling. Everyone in their cars would stare. lol
