The reason why the put that update on their and why it said u could download the map pack even tho u coulnd't is because they were ppl hacking the system damaging the online experience for fellow gamers. Therefore they used the title update to countermeasure these security breaches to fix the system. It will say download new maps and you will be brought to the marketplace to see nothing only because the new maps come out in August! Thank you and stop complaining
