  • OMG some one pronounced Nagant correctly, I fell from my chair

  • isnt that the 32 acp cylinder?

  • @vinosd773 That is the .32 ACP cylinder in the video. I have both and I reload the 7.62 rounds and fire those as well.

  • from what i hear, some russian security officers still carry these as service guns

  • in belgium the nagant revolver is free of licenses and very popular. People have beeing shooting it with origenal ammo and .32S&W aswel, reporting no problem. .327 federal is a round you rarely see here though

  • Hahaha ,

  • I remember when I did not know how to say Nagant.

  • The 1940 model has the lightest trigger pull

  • Why are you putting on a weird french accent when you say Nagant?

  • @2409chris

Because the name is French, not Russian.

  • why is he EMPHASIZING the *wrong* pronunciation of Nagant? That's like me saying "DUDE! 1+1 is fucking 3, you idiot!"

  • NayGawnt? Its pronounced 'Nuh-Gahn' dude.

  • Naygawnt? -_-

  • Enough of talking about how the .327 federal magnum is too high of a pressure to shoot out of a nagant 1895 revolver. What about an abuse test. We all would like to see someone test an unmodified nagant revolver shooting 50 rounds of factory .327 federal magnum through it.

  • @gunitup234 Why would anyone want to do that? It is a piece of history designed in the 19th century, and the chamber is way oversize for the .327 Federal Mag.

  • @WalnutCreekRifleClub well I know that many guys in the gun forums have reloaded .327 federal magnum brass and it works great in the nagant. In regards to resizing .223 brass for the nagant revolver, I don't find that to be possible unless you have a lathe and the .30 carbine resizing dies.

  • @WalnutCreekRifleClub Well sure, but the gun isn't that expensive, you can buy em for 100 bucks, since they were so mass produced, a loss of one for the greater good isn't bad.

  • That is one tough trigger pull huh? See the shaking? I tested about 20 of them at a gun show to find one that wasn't so ridiculous.

  • It sure is nasty, but it is reasonably accurate if you take your time. Reloading ammo is a challenge.

  • I agree, mine is very accurate when i fire the correct ammo in it. It loses some accuracy when i put 32 sw Longs through it. I am in the process of getting the reloading dies for it and hope to be able to reload soon.

  • @LcplMartin1986 It's because you're pushing the cylinder forward with one finger.
