  • I think the real art in maths is not something that can be drawn but something far more beautiful than these crappy words I can put together. Get in to it and see for yourself.

  • how can anyone dislike fractals??

  • If you are wondering what song this is,

it's Clair de lune by Claude Debussy:)

    Math+French Impressionism=win

  • " Claire de Lune ", by Claude DeBussey. French for " By the Light of the Moon ". One of the most beautiful pieces ever written.

  • What is the name of this song?

  • art? this is done with 3 click

  • Nice video and song. I really enjoyed watching. Thank you, for posting this...

  • Mathematics and art have common boundaries and sometimes they cross those boundaries and flow into each other. They're connected through symmetry, proportion, form, scale and perspective. But ultimately I think they are both concerned with the truth isnofar as it can be known. I love mathematics, it's the truth. There aren't many endeavours in this world which are predicated entirely on honesty. Mathematics cannot be other than the truth. If it lies, it fails.

  • 0:34 wait... how can this shit be made in a 3d program?

    me is confused...

  • Ohhh God, Please make the Math info easy for me , AMIN

  • fractals? more like SNORE-tals.

  • Perspective, that's one of the best discoveries in art (thanks to math).

  • but cool!

  • Downloading this video for a class project on how mathematics is used in art, hope you don't mind.

  • Please do! Anything for education. I'm flattered, thank you!

  • i love to draw cubes =]

  • I thought this was going to be a complex video with a description of how math is involved with these pictures.

  • I think you got the title wrong..

"Art in Math" is more appropriate

  • I have to do a Geometry Project and I Needed some inspration

  • I hope you get an "A"!

  • Thanks I do to

  • wow. B-U-TIFUL. ♥ da music. i luv math and art and it all makes perfect sence.....

    5/5 ☺

  • Hmmm, interesting. I love art and I try to draw what I see in my mind, but it is difficult. I think I've figured out whats missing in my drawings...math. I'm good at math, but I never really liked it and I never would have suspected that it played a part in portraying images that I see in my mind. Many of my artistic ideas in my mind look similar to the artwork seen in this video.

  • Better buy a pencil or something.

  • Claire de Lune is rather appropriate for the unique fractal artwork here.

  • It's lovely; unfortunately it's become cliche

  • Awesome math art!

  • nice video! which is the music piece that s heard???

  • Composer is Debussy. Song is Claire de Lune.

  • i knew this was debussy!

it sounded kinda like reverie :-)

  • Wow. Really cool.

  • Fantastic art work both the video and the "stuff" of the video. Could you direct me to more of this type of art?

  • There are several sites listed in Google you may find interesting. But I don't have the specific site where I found those in my film any longer...sorry!

  • nice

  • Hey who's the composer we hear ?

  • Composer is Debussy. Song is Claire de Lune.

  • nice

  • what do you mean nice?

  • nice in an awsome way^^,

  • Was that some kind of Moebius strip at 00:42???

  • I believe so. Follow the surface all the way around, you will end up with a normal opposate to your original position (only 1 side). I may have followed it wrong though...

  • It's a möbius strip with one-and-a-half twist and a simple knot :-)

  • Thank you, that was amazing.

  • Nice, bridging math with art!

  • Voovv..This pictures are perfect.Awesome..

    Thank you very much...
