HEY! Im having huge problems with my line 6 ux1? Can anyone help me? Basically the sound cuts off every 4 minutes, at random times and I don't know how to fix this? What could be the problem? Thanks
I've got a new metal song done with the UX1 in my profile called "Art of War" , go check it out of your a metal fan! All self written, recorded and produced!
ive heard the line 6 ux2 has bad mic preamps, so i was thinking of getting a line 6 ux1 and getting a seperate mic preamps, Does anybody have experience with the line 6 ux2 , what are your thought's ?? thank you
I really enjoyed watching you my friend...You covered everything about the unit with some wit and irony...irony in so far as I too am a bit more mature would you say? They did have pedals when I was a young guitar player, but they did NOT have PC's and "Audio Interfaces" ... and like you, I was quite intimidated but "I'll get by with a little help from my friends" ... and you helped me with some very valuable critique both academically and artistically...Thank You Brother...Good Job. Peace !
there is quite a bit of noise comming from the unit I hear. Sometimes on some of the settings, your voice sounds raspy. What is the signal to noise ratio on this unit? It seems cool, but like I said alot of hiss and such.
Recording equipment over the years I've been doing it...1970's I had a piano-key style cassette recorder, had the quality of a telephone line...1980's I managed my first (single) overdubbs using two tape decks, you have to synchronize the internal motors (to keep the overdubb bit in tune with the original...1990's I went way forward in quality with a Ferrograph four track reel-to-reel, (same thing as the Altec used by Les Paul, Buddy Holly etc)...kids today don't know they're born...LOL ;- )
Using my first recording unit, a Tascam DP-02 was a huge step up from cell phone videos, ha! Line 6 does have lots of good stuff. I have a few questions. 1. What notes/chords were you playing on the high frets near the beginning of the video? 2. I have some good riffs made, but I can't write the rest of the song(s), what should I do? 3. This year I'm going to high school and starting a band as soon as I can. What can I do to get noticed on Youtube? My videos lack views. Thanks, -Chris
@IRTOMM Thanks - i meant to show a clip of the guts of that guitar , i put a active acoustic pickup inside it and gouged out a hole on the back for a 9 volt battery , so it has 4 pickups , gives it a better feel . peace
Great playing man! sounds mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. These are amazing I use a m-auido one my friend has this and they are great. Perfect with a sure sm57 :-) quite affordable mike but still industry standard. Great review! Does it come with recording software?
@YouOriginal Haha i wish , yup it came with 3 pieces of software , really easy to use , i put a link here because its just too mush detail to cover in a video , i,ll go have a boo for what your using for sure , hey if you need a Judge for any of your contest i,m game anytime k
