If u know how to find the secret, its just searching at the words in the chapter 10, as u can see, in that window where there is a symbols in minuscule letters says the ABC, so for example, the first symbol means letter A, and i think in another way they could be appear that symbols,with secret messages, it could be Subliminal or cheats, or secrets of the Story game its like a Davinci code

All those people in that room wrote messages on the floor or walls, then commited suicide. they thought that the necromorphs are holy, so they offered their bodies to be used as servants to the marker(which they weren't.) although they would be used as slaves to the hive mind.

Actually the part of the video that the letters said "???" (0:22), the first one is used for "double s (ss)". the second one means "Th (ex. THe)" . The third one, the symbol is the first two circle and beneath the "2 circles it said DOUBLE LETTER" ( ex. the word little: instead of writing the letter "T" twice, you write it one and then you put the eight like double circles symbol.
