I still say Utah Saints did the best sampling I ever heard. Even today their stuff from the 90's hasn't been beaten. Annie Lennox was so impressed with how they sampled her voice in the 90's that she asked them to remix one of her singles.

Not sure why they remixed this though - it's not that different from the original.
