Wow! Sorry but singing God's praise does not have baptist on it. A LOT of blacks are baptist and we created the runs in singing. This is the style of Kim Burrell she is really not trying to do too much really. If you ever have time listen to her music this is her. So this is enjoyed by many. She is a skillful singer, but its sad that people do that in the gospel industry. In other genres you dont even have to be that good of a singer to become a star. My point being is that someone who may not sound like her can be so annoited without all the runs and no one would even listen. Has gospel music become runs and range?
