Thanks to everyone for their suggestions & caring about my visual problem. It's nice to know you care. If my parents had understood more, if I had understood more about what was happening to me things might have been different. One will never know. We grew up very poor. Out of the 11 of us I think only 2 ever saw a doctors office until after we left home. 1 because of electricution & 1 for tetnius. The worse thing about not reading alot is I find myself forgetting how to spell certain words.

Thanks for the comments. I would read the books if I could afford them, and if I could devote several years to read them. Thanks to migraine problems when I was young, I sustain optic nerve damage, lost my speed reading/vision reading skills, so much so that I was forced to give up college & settle with a 2 year degree. I can only read about 10-15 pages before I can no longer focus. Bummer I know, but what can one do? I could easy read 200-400 pages a day. Happened pretty quick too. Truely sad.

My brother's really poor, too, with a learning disability from birth. Never lose that spirit! Do you have a local library?! You can see if they have the CDs or try and make a request to carry them, or ask about an inter-library loan (if the Library does those, it's where they share books and information sources between other libraries). If they have the CDs, you can stop in and make a special time for yourself to relax once a week for a couple of hours with the audio. Last one, ok? ;) Bye!

It is a beautiful song, however Enya has always presented a problem for me. I can't understand most of what she says. For me that is a big issue. I guess that's why even though I love her voice, and the songs sound so good. I don't listen to her. The one exception I make with voice if Lara Fabian. I will listen to her in any language she sings, but only her. I know Enya is singing in English, but it's tweeked with Celtic nuances to be a different English language. I guess I need Lyrics posted.

@theart1rm They did not "create a language" especially for the movies--Tolkien, a great master of languge, created Elvish, and not just as a collection of cool sounding words, but a coherent tongue with it's own rules and internal consistency. In fact, it may be siad that the books were written so that he could have characters speak his languages! I love this song! I wish that sometimes we were all great warriors with swords and the men were blacksmithers, women to be taking care of. We were farmers, and if someone wanted to attack, we lined up and ran to the middle attacking the other people. Of course I am glad that we have this kind of technology, but, sometimes I do wish that we were in the middle earth. No nuclear weapons or machine pistols. Only swords and shields.
