I can give you the settings but I'm afraid that it wont help you any further since it's a complete different amp but it's:

Dirty channel: gain 4, bass 7. mids 5 and treble 9.

I usually have a stroke/seizure around the halfway point of the song, then get gang green in my arm and it falls off. Hard song to downstroke to. After 20 years of trying, I still can't play this song properly like the guy in the vid. Super cool guitar cover.

Fast down strumming is more though than many think ,

I lightly injured my shoulder when I tried to play fast down strumming to a song by Ramones.

So from now on I will be more careful when I use fast downstrumming and slowly build up the speed !!
