Excellent. The lair of doom is slowly starting to come together. Now all we need are some sharks with lasers on their heads and nothing will stop us! XD And oh man, I know how ya feel about 41* winter. One winter during high school in central Texas my house's furnace broke down, and my mom had to actually use the fire-place to keep us warm. I woke up and I was freezing!

I can already see the vision you're putting forth. The workshop sounds great and great idea for the wintertime. I had to do something similar two winters ago myself.

I been building walls for what seems months. We started to fix a small part of our trailer that had water damage only to find out that the damage was a lot worse than what we thought.

We have just about had to rebuild this trailer. The trailer was built so crapy. They just used 2 by 4's as headers. I framed all the windows back useing 2 by 8's, so it should be a lot stronger now.

We are going to get spray foam insulation. It is suppose to be really good.
