The inner platter has been dropped. If you look very carefully the inner is doing it - not very noticeable. Take it to an engineering shop or better still a college or university and get them to heat it up on a lathe and re-set it - We had the same problem on a Source Turntable, the sub-platter rolled and fell on the floor and landed on its spindle and my father in-law reset it on his lathe - not perfect but near as damn it. GOD it'll look like all your records are warped lol.

How did you warp the outer platter? Oh yes, don't they have a beautiful ring when tapped?
