  • I also blew the whistle on that locomotive when riding with the engineer it was fun great

  • Ive ridden in that engine, plus the other locomotive that they have.

  • They no longer have this train

  • @BoomerangTown That is too bad to hear. What do they have now?

  • @f2535 the little 1

  • @BoomerangTown I wonder where it is now then. Do they still have a train there?

  • @f2535 Last time I checked this train went in for severe repairs right now they using Riva the other train.

  • @f2535 i know that they do but they got this black and green tank engine

  • @iliketrains2 That 1 all green

  • @f2535 yep the little 1

  • @BoomerangTown THAY DONT!? WHAT HAPPENED?

  • Just out of curiosity, what gauge does this train run on? It looks like it could be 2' or maybe 18"

  • @HikaroTakayama This train is a 30" gauge.

  • @f2535 Interesting, that means that it's track gauge is only 6" narrower than the East Broad Top (famous 3' gauge RR near where I live). How old is that locomotive, BTW?

  • @HikaroTakayama Well I think it wsa built in the 1970s.

  • 119 you dont mean... the 119 the famous one the real thing... i havent seen it there in a while... did they do something with it!

  • the STL soon used to have the same dam loco untile they decided to make it look fake I wish they would have left it the same with the steam loco. and not the gas powered look a like thing that dont even sound like a loco.

  • those coaches been repainted

  • It's a new version of the Union Pacific 119!

  • @Dinosorable

But unlike 119, it is narrow gauge. I remember riding on it as a tot. Oh, the memories!

  • @LNER4771 There's this awesome place called "Sonoma Train Town." I've went there since I was like 3. And I still go there! They have this beautiful miniature steam engine that they run on Sundays called the "Hudson 5212." It was built in 1938. On Saturdays, they run these little switcher diesels. Sometimes a yellow one and sometimes a new red one that they built in 2010.

  • wtf is the fireman on meth ringing the bell?

  • They got one that kinda looks like it in Lincoln. I use to live in Lincoln but I moved back AZ. I'm going to miss that train :(

  • small and thin.

    scrawny for short

  • Cool vid, and love the Nathan 6 chime. My dad has been an engineer there for about 32 years.

  • Yeah I don't like the air bell on the Crowns.

  • Talk about an overactive bell.

  • Great engine, nice video!

  • she looks even more frail than 119

  • @atsf7809 What does "frail" mean?

  • Ads stink.

  • Live steam?

  • It is indeed! Drifting downgrade with the throttle closed though there's not much stack talk besides the air pump cycling.

  • Love the sound of the whistle 0:12

  • hehe, modeled after UP119, cute

  • this is the weaker train

  • Yeah the 4-4-0s are not the strongest in traction power!

  • the noise scared the shit out of me.

  • 119 is such a cool train
