Ok I am done arguiing here really, it get's old, I enjoy both players and I watch both teams. Valarmov isn't a bad playoff goalie anyways hes pretty good, but in the reg season he's horrible. I knew what you meant by 1 shot a year 100% crap, but crosby takes around 250-300 is what I am saying so shooting % isn't irrelevant for players like like OVI and Crosby!

@OneBloodOneGame shooting % is irrelevant. Ovechkin plays the point on the powerplay so that's the #1 reason for his shooting % being lower than Crosby's. His job is to fire the puck onto the net hoping for tips or rebound goals. The Crosby/Ovechkin debate is so pathetic it's not even funny. 2 different styles of play so you can't compare them. That being said, I would take Ovechkin over Crosby because I like his style of play more than Crosby.

I feel for you, but I really enjoyed that one. Cloutier was amazing in that series up until that point, and you guys won the first two in Detroit. I believe this game or the next, Detroit scored 2 short handed goals on the same penalty.
sorry man, I don't mean to salt the wounds. a few years earlier, Osgood tried to make a stick save on an open Dallas shot from center, the shot was going wide, he deflected it in to tie the game in the final minute. Ozzy had a few like that.

Lidstrom isn't intending to score, he is putting the puck on net. It isn't because his shot is so good that it goes in, it's because the goalie makes a mistake. It's a fluke for both of them.
