My point is that someone simply took the verticals and horizontals on the keypad and claimed there is something mystical or magical about them. Anything to hook the attention I guess. This is why people believe in rituals and imaginary beings, it hooks their attention, so they can be given instructions in methods of concentration and awareness. There are 888 three digit numbers that can be formed from a keypad, how is it that the mystical ones are all horiz/verts?

I always gradually build from a feeling of peace and detachment, then build up to a series of visual simulations that appear/disappear, then i concentrate on the vibrations and begin to loose body and shift into the pineal...Hard to explain...anyone else see the visuals...I never know what it means?

@anaiosub Once I have let go of thoughts an feelings and stop dwelling on them, then there is nothing there to see or get distracted by, so it normally turns into a white space of sorts. That said I will usually focus on the image of Amitabha Buddha since a I am a Pureland Buddhist, all this things about frequencies and vibrations I find rather... unusual, but I like the music though, it helps me to start meditating, which is the most difficult part for me.

Its strange, Originally i was going to post a comment saying this is 100% not provable by science but the pretty background 'music' lightened my mood considerably. Or perhaps it was the mind altering drug Aderall, Which I will say helped me reach a greater plane of conscientiousness. Then there is 741 Hz frequency. Same question: How come there is another that is 417 HZ
